They do all of my pest control including termites. I have been with them for a number of years and I am totally happy with them. They are very professional and very affordable. I highly recommend them. If you see one bug in your house just call them and they will come back out free of charge.

The workers had to go through the second floor window and then through a small opening in the ceiling of the closet. They were punctual, hardworking, and efficient. They were very pleasant and polite .They removed a whole lot of stuff with care and never complained. A supervisor will come to make sure everything has been done right. If the squirrels get in again, they will come to fix the problem with no charge. I am very pleased and satisfied with this company.

Paramount Pest Control is okay. They're coming to my house today to check my termite trap. If I have any concerns they have no problems coming out, checking it out for me. I haven't had a whole lot of interaction with them but they do termite or pest control and they also do crawl space inspections. I think they're reasonable, I have nothing to compare it to so it's hard to say. They're very punctual and very professional.

This company keeps you going with having tech out to treat your home but without knowing of what they're there for. The techs are not familiar with their own companies policies or they are just plain lazy. Some will spray here or there some say they can't do that. Management at this company overall is nonexistent. The manager to this office is out sick and no one is there to take care of the office. I tried going up the chain of management but had to deal with office receptionist or office manager who was clueless as to who her bosses were at corporate. They defend their techs to the detriment of the company. I had to reschedule many times because the techs were just coming in dirty and smelly, there is clean sweat and dirty sweat. It seemed some just hopped out of bed put on dirty clothes which seemed an inconvenience since I already knew they were going to do the same as always. Only once did they a tech in another area of the same company out of newport news and he was clean and professional and thorough until a new tech came and contradicted him in the way of spraying indoors or not (tech was from Orkin which he didn't like working for-he had sprayed my house as well in the past. If a tech has great knowledge of pest doesn't mean he has great tact or work ethic. A great funny personality doesn't make up for great service! If you call the office with issues don't expect that the message will be relayed to the techs , they'll show up without the right equipment and or none and just a little can of spray. Don't be fooled, they'll continue to send techs to your house but without any results because they do the minimum so that they'll have to keep coming back. This company forgets that the customer is paying to have their service and should aim to please .

They quoted me a price of $3000 to get some work done in my crawl space. I had another company come out and do it for $75. I did not renew my contract for the first time in 25 years. They were ripping me off. They are really ripping people off. They told me I had mice and were going to charge me an extra $99 a month for mouse control. The other company told me that I didn't even have mice. They were responsive. They would be right out here after I called because they thought that they could rip me off.

They found areas where past pest control companies had not treated the areas properly. They are going to take care of these areas for me. They were great, they were very friendly, helpful, and professional.

I do not recommend their services and will not utilize this pest company again. I've since used another competitor for the same service and the results were night and day.

I called my regular pest control service and they sent someone who was too big to fit in my crawl space and would not touch dead animals. I called Home Paramount on Saturday and they sent someone out within an hour. He found the dead rat and did not charge me for the removal. I had them come back to do some work to tighten up and put new vents in. I was very pleased with their work.
