They left supplies in my yard for over a month and a half. They were supposed to fix a light they messed up & pick up the supplies. The project manager kept setting up appointments with me & then didn't show or say anything. Stuff was ruining my grass so we put them on Craigslist.

The guys were very professional and clean. They were fast and very polite. We are pleased with the end results. I highly recommend this company

Contractors for all work were very hard working and conscientious, concerned to address my needs and questions. Project manager AJ Smith saw an issue that didn’t meet his standards and immediately and personally rectified it. Very pleased with the end result.

Very professional from start to finish. My Hardi plank siding had cracks and broken pieces missing. I had to replace that side of my house. Home Genuis did an excellent job replacing my siding. They started on time and finished on time and effectively communicated each step. The Project manager AJ was superb.

Project began much sooner than expected so I was glad about that. Communication was fairly well. The project itself was also quick and I've already received compliments from my neighbors. Overall the crew did a fine job. I'd recommend their services!

Our experience with this company has been stellar! From our initial contact with Cannon, our salesperson, the wonderfully helpful scheduler, Kiersten, and AJ, the project manager and his crew for the installation and closing, everyone was friendly and professional. As a former Virginia Class A contractor who has done this kind of work and understands the challenges, I can tell you that these people are spectacular. I wish I would have had these employees working for me back when I was a builder. Any fool can climb up on a roof and nail down shingles, but this construction crew was prompt to arrive on time, got to work immediately, and stripped and replaced twenty-three squares of shingles in one day while doing an outstanding job, with no flaws or defects that I could find. While the price was not cheap, it was reasonable for the work we contracted and the 50-year warranty on the roof. In my experience, when you hire out a job, there are three factors: cost, quality, and timeliness, and you get to pick which two you want. What we asked and paid for was top-quality materials and workmanship in a timely manner for a reasonable price, and that is what we received. If you are looking for something cheap, this is not the company for you. If you are looking for exceptional professionalism, top-of-the-line quality, at a reasonable price point, I strongly encourage you to give them a call. I suspect you will not be disappointed.

When the crew came to my house and started the project they were working wide open for two days removing old siding gutters and trim. They installed new siding trim and gutters cleaned up everything. Shane Call came out and was outstanding helping us decide what would work best for our home and what would fit into our budget. AJ Smith was our project manager, and he took great care of us. Made sure all our expectations were being met and even went above and beyond to make some tweaks to the job once we got started. Both Shane and AJ are highly professional, personable, responsive and they follow through and deliver on their promises. I highly recommend working with these guys.
