Fantastic and professional. We have a small house and lost some of our gutters to a snow storm, so we decided to renovate the rest of our gutter system while repairing the damaged sections. Working with HGE was a refreshingly positive experience. All of their team members were courteous, straightforward, and responsive. The work took two days with a weather interruption in between, but communication was prompt which let us accommodate the weather. All in all, great company. I just wish they did fencing so I could hire them again.

From the moment I signed the contract, the company representatives were in contact with me. They were ready to get the job done. I was provided with details about who to contact in case I needed clarification about anything. The installers arrived on the day ready to work and were very professional. The project manager Tim O'Leary was in contact with me days before the installation and during the installation. He sent before and after photos of my roof. He explained the work that has been done by his men. After completion, I did a walk through with him in which he answered all my questions. I am glad to have such a knowledgeable person to work on my house. Yes, I will recommend this company.

Home Genius just completed a new roof installation and this was phase 2 of t he project. The gutters look amazing and Pablo Larius (prj Mgr) was very attentive and on site to answer any questions we may have. They were able to complete the removal and installation in one day. We are very happy with the final product and would recommend for both roofing and gutter replacement anytime.

They arrived early, went straight to work, cleaned up everything upon completion of the job, and there was a lot to clean up. I want to say the excellent presentation Mr. Paul Lee presented to me was one of the best presentation I ever had from a professional contractor. The site Manager Pablo, was on the job every step of the way explaining what the roofers were doing, answered all of my questions. Mr. Max Alesia , a Vice President of the company came out to ensure customer's satisfaction and to ensure everything was moving along without any problems. The contractor Paulo was excellent. The project manager Carey was amazing as well as Pablo. I enjoyed being apart of the process of the gutters being done. Everyone was being polite and professional, I was almost sorry that the job got finished because they did such an excellent job. All of the employees were very personable. I love my gutter guards!

I did not realize I was dealing with a service in the beginning and was very suspicious about the idea until I heard a most pleasant, welcoming voice on my initial call. The salesman.delivered his information in a concise, but detailed, manner; the office manager quickly scheduled our appointment knowing of our severe drainage problems and the project manager who inspected the project twice to assure the installers completed a perfect job, which they certainly did. I can't remember a more delightful experience than with this knowledgeable, professional company with their totally dedicated and responsible employees. 10 Stars!

I can not say enough good things about this talented group and the transformative work they did to my home! I bought a 70 year old home and HGE replaced my roof, gutters, rotted wood paneling and painted the exterior of my home and studio. The house is now a stand out on my block-Vibrant and frankly looks brand new! This young but seasoned group talked me through each phase, their pricing was more than fair and the staff was timely, courteous and did a meticulous and gorgeous job! Thank you Jamie, Ronny and Max!
