From the initial visit with the salesman to the production coordinators to the project managers to the boots on the ground (or roof) my experience with Home Genius Exteriors has been amazing! Tony, the Project Manager, is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He took the time to walk me through every phase of my roof and siding replacement. He was very responsive, even during off-work hours. He addressed every concern I had and was thoughtful in his responses. He was very thorough when conducting inspections, identifying action items I didnâ t see, even if it meant additional work for his field crew at no extra cost. I canâ t say enough about the field crews for both my roof and siding replacements. They were incredible and they didnâ t treat my house as â just the next jobâ . They catered to my houseâ s needs, worked extremely efficiently, and did everything I asked of them. I would highly recommend Home Genius Exteriors for roof, siding, and gutter needs!

Amazing service! I called on Monday; Luke Schares came by Tuesday afternoon to inspect, estimate, and prepare the contract; and the work was done on Thursday. While I anticipated it was time to replace my roof, Luke carefully documented and explained all the issues with the old roof and why it needed to be replaced. He also showed me that no other of the 172 roofing contractors within 100 miles fulfilled as many search qualifiers on Owens Corning's website.

We contracted with Home Genius for an extensive roof project with multiple â complicationsâ . We knew going into this that the roof had trouble areas, and talked at length with our sale guy about them. We felt very sure that Home Genius would be able to get the project right. The project kicked off very quickly (in our opinion) and we werenâ t even there the day the roof came off and went back on⠦⠦ and thatâ s where the problems began. Miscommunication of the sales guy and the scheduling office led to a horrific, sub-par install that had us ANGRY upon sight of the â completedâ project. The list of concerns grew longer as we waited for a response from our Project Manager. Thatâ s when Tony stepped in. Within minutes of arriving at our job site he could easily see our concerns and he assured us the entire project would be done over and to the correct standards we thought we were getting originally. It took a couple of weeks, but the job is now complete. Weâ re happy and TONY is the real star of the 757 Home Genius team.

The entire experience with Home Genius was great, start to finish. The team worked as a team from sales, to the roofers, to the project manager. Luke was great explaining the entire process in the original sales pitch and Dakota the senior project manager made sure everything was in order from start to finish. Great experience, would definitely recommend!
