Buyer beware. The false advertisement can cost you thousands more. The salesman promised to change the contract to 0% terms the next day only after I threaten to cancel. He has not done it so I am canceling it. Also he told me my credit was 720 I feel their credit approval system is not confidential. After issuing him a check and signing the contract. He stay on my property for 2 additional hours using my wifi. This was strange

So I have mixed feelings, overall the company is great I just wish the sales rep Jason was a little More on par with the company and the scheduling was better we were told one day but it ended up taking two no big deal but as soon as our project manager Dakota got involved all my concerns and worries went out the window he kept up communication with us and made sure to answer all my questions. Thank you Dakota and home genius I still recommend this company
