Fantastic system they have! Very thorough and communicative, they do the minor details and with a team of them doing it and no distractions they get it done in half the time it takes me to do it!! One of the best investments I've made!!

When you set up the inital clean, the company requests that for the first two visits that you not give specifics as to what or how you would like them to clean different areas of the house. So, I respected this, even though I was spending $185 per visit for less than 2 hours of cleaning, and was not satisfied with the attention to detail that they were paying different aspects in my home. So, this month was their third visit, and I left I pretty detailed hit list of things I wanted them to focus on, even saying don't worry about cleaning the third floor at all, since I want extra focus on other areas in the house. Let's just say that I was so disappointed, that I contacted the company this time to have them come back and fix it. Four days (thursday-monday) after the inital cleaning they returned, and this time my list of things they missed was even more detailed, to include "remove all books and items from upstairs hallway book shelf, to dust under everything." As you might have guessed, from the one star rating, they were unable to accomplish these things. I didn't realize I needed to hold the hand of the person that I was paying to clean my house, to ensure they would provide a quality service. I will be finding a different service to clean from now on. If I'm paying a professional to do a job, I expect it to be done as well as, if not better, than I would normally do it myself. I don't think that is asking too much.

Didn't show up for first scheduled appointment. Arranged for them to come the following morning, and they came. There were 4 women, 3 friendly, 1 not so friendly. I was told they would clean blinds (did a halfway job and left them in a position where they could not be open or closed, husband had to fix). Tops of door frames and many baseboards and wood trim wasn't even wiped. They were supposed to wipe out refrigerator, and I was told they would actually clean the oven. They did neither. The house reeked of vinegar when they left. They were here less than 2 hours to clean 2 story home, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large great room, large room over, office and eat in kitchen. They did a fairly good job in bathrooms and vacuuming. As I said, my home was fairly clean but needed detailing.
