Great service

Everything went great. They did an outstanding job. They exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this company. They even cleaned all the hard to reach places.

Excellent service, punctual, timely, and very detail oriented. We have a LOT of nick knacks in the house and they, moved, dusted and cleaned around them all. Floors look great, the carpets are very well vacuumed, furniture polished, VERY, VERY Happy with the results. For a categorical review Price Excellent, Better price and far better service than another service that was in this house less than a week earlier. Quality Excellent Responsiveness Outstanding! I called them at about 9:05 AM and the call was returned by 9:10AM. Punctuality On Time Professionalism Phenomanal, estimate was the price and estimated time was between 3 and 4 hours, they were done in 3 hours and 45 minutes.

Heather & Charity really did a spectacular job! I have tried different cleaning services in the past, both franchise & individual, and have been disappointed each & every time. The only reason I even hired another housecleaning team is out of absolute necessity - we have an Open House this weekend and no time to prep. When I returned home today I was thrilled! My house is so incredibly clean, smells good and looks like every nook & cranny was touched. I will DEFINITELY be calling them again....most likely for regular services because they are really fabulous at their trade. Thank you Heather, Christy & MIssy!

Heather and her team rock!!! Our tenants moved out, and their move out inspection was dismal. We had new tenants ready to move in one week, so we were under pressure to have the unit ready. Heather responded to my Angie's List inquiry the same day and was able to add us to her schedule within two days. After she and her team were done, the condo was immaculate! They cleaned EVERYTHING, and I couldn't have been more grateful! Highly recommend! Thank you Heather!

Heather and Charity did a fabulous job! When I got home the whole house was sparkling clean and the smell of lemon was in the air. Absolutely a wonderful experience, they will be cleaning for me on a go-forward basis. :)

They do an excellent job every time they come and are always available to do "extras". They are completely trustworthy and I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

Heather and Charity are one of several cleaning services/people we interviewed and they are great! They gave me a list of references and all of the reviews were fantastic. While an earlier Angie's List reviewer complained about not getting a call back, when I called and left a message, they called back almost immediately. If they are cleaning a house, they usually wait until they are done to call you back. Overall I am very pleased with their services. We have a dog and a cat and Heather and Charity have no problem with either being in the house while they clean. My husband and I are very pleased with their cleaning and if there is something we'd like changed or communicated we can just leave a note or text them and they accommodate the request. We also have an infant and they are more than pleased to clean around us while we are home...changing their routine to allow for a napping infant. Overall, highly recommended!

Heather and Charity began working in my home with a service I had been using(one woman business owner). Due to some personal situation, the woman could not always come to my house, as she was running late. I suggested to her that I would like to just pay Heather and Charity to clean for me on a weekly basis. They do a wonderful job and if there are any areas that I want them to focus on, they are willing to complete the job. They are licensed and bonded and I have never had an issue with their honesty. If they find loose change laying around, they put it on counter. They are so much better then any service that I have employed. I know that they will be the ones coming to my house and I know that everything will be done to my satisfaction. They have decided to work everyday for themselves. I highly recommend them.
