Certainly! Here's a draft for your review: --- I can't recommend Hats Off Heating and Cooling highly enough. After numerous unsuccessful attempts with other companies, they were the ones who finally repaired my system. Their honesty and professionalism were evident from the start. They provided clear explanations and transparent pricing. The team displayed exceptional work ethic, diligently diagnosing and fixing the issue that had stumped others. Their service was outstanding, and they treated my home with respect. If you need reliable HVAC service, Hats Off Heating and Cooling should be your first call.

Not sure if it is a company issue or just the individual tech we had out. Ryan Obregon was our tech. He came out to inspect why we had no AC and told us that we had a large refrigerant leak. He told us that our system was outdated and took r22 which was expensive to replace and therefore recommended a complete replacement. He quoted us $8000-$18000 to replace our unit for a 1400sqft home. I discovered by looking at the manufacturer's label on the unit that ours was r410a refrigerant, which is newer and less expensive. The unit was only 10 years old. When confronted with this, Ryan offered to come out and find the leak for free and quoted me a ballpark of $3000 to fix the leak and refill the unit. Not trusting this anymore I contacted another AC company who came out. They discovered the system had 0 refrigerant in it but were unable to locate a leak. They filled it with nitrogen overnight to test if the pressure dropped and it didn't indicating the leak was likely a pinhole size. They repaired the line using ez seal and refilled it, which cost about $500 total. The new guy from the other company stated he questioned if the previous company had actually drained my refrigerant as he said there is no way a pin hole leak would lead to 0lbs of refrigerant in the system and not be detectable unless it's been empty for years. With this he stated that a new unit our size with labor would likely be $3000-$3500 tops with labor. All this to say, be cautious with this company, or at the very least this tech. Seems to be a very sleazy way of doing business. It's a shame that some take advantage of less informed people to make money.

The installation of my new Bosch HVAC unit was smooth and efficient. New duct work was done where needed. They inspected and replaced the return duct in my crawl space. This was an important repair for me to make sure there were no leaks in the duct system. The duct work and seals were nicely done.The owner of the company was very knowledgeable about different HVAC systems. I have been very satisfied with my new system so far. Also, I had an air purifier installed. I have confidence in Commonwealth to maintain my HVAC in the coming years. Thanks to all the hard working employees who installed my system.

The entire crew of Commonwealth Comfort were professional and courteous and got the job done efficiently. We had one small problem persisting that Beau came out and fixed in a timely manner. Throughout the entire process Beau's aim was consistently to make sure that we were happy with our new system. I can't imagine another company doing a better job.

He was very knowledgeable about the different HVAC and air purification systems, and he was patient with all of our questions. We chose a Bosch system and we are thrilled with its performance. Bo kept us updated on when the equipment would be ready to install and answered all of our questions. They removed the old system and installed the new system quickly. Bo and his team were conscientious, efficient, professional, and courteous. We will be using this company to maintain our HVAC in the future. We highly recommend Commonwealth Comfort!

It went well Bo gave us a good estimate and once it was agreed on he kept us informed as to the status of materials and when the qork would be done. Evwrything was done as specified and the team was very professional.

Commonwealth Comfort is absolutely awesome! They are conscientious experts in every aspect of the Heating/AC business. They are honest and do not try to take advantage of the customer. Bo is so articulate and well spoken and takes you through every step of the way. He makes sure that you are comfortable with the operation of the system. I am 78 and have been around the block a couple of times so I recognize quality, integrity, and value. If you don’t consider Commonwealth Comfort for Heating/AC needs you may regret it later. Bo’s team of Blake and Chris round out a quality group of true professionals.

Complete HVAC Overhaul

Bo at Commonwealth Comfort was responsive, courteous, and spent the time with me to make sure I knew what the problem was and what my options were. He followed up with me whenever I had a question, and completed the installation of a new heat pump system in a timely fashion. I'd definitely recommend Commonwealth Comfort to my neighbors.

Our heat went out around 7am 🙁 I called bo at commonwealth comfort around 9am and he was out to my home within a couple of hours!!! He was able to diagnose my problem and found the malfunctioning part. They ordered the part for us and came out the following morning with the right part for the job 🙌🏼! Had us fixed up in no time and was very affordable. We felt very comfortable with them and would highly HIGHLY recommend them!!!

Suspected thermostat but Comfort immediately nailed the problem. Overflow pan switch tripped. REset & cleaned out overflow line,

They were one of the crew that installed an A/C unit and they did a pretty good job on that one. They were able to point out a thing that an inspector failed to miss. He shows up on time, he is pretty quick. The unit they worked on has been running strong.
