I contacted Jim who was reffered by the pastor at my daughter's preschool. He came over and took measurements as well as looking everything over. He discussed with me the different problem areas. He gave me realistic expectations of what I could expect from his services. We have 2 dogs and 3 kids, so I was concerned that some areas were hopeless. He assurred me that while I may not get the fluffiness back in some of the badly worn areas, I would have clean fibers there and a noticable difference. He provided me with an estimate via email the next day and was very accommodating with my hectic schedule. My husband and I were just shocked at what a beautiful job he did. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are professional, courteous and knowledgable in their field. We absolutely plan to use them in the future and recommend them to all our friends and family. Give them a call, you wont be disappointed!
