+ -1 moreAfter many months of politely asking Ron Pearman to fix his property so that it would stop damaging mine he finally tried to get someone to do it. THis person was extremely obnoxious and very disrspectful to me. Not only that he did not repair the work correctly. He painted my room the wrong color, did not fix plaster bulge on the ceiling and made a mess. In addition to that Ron Pearman THREATENED me on the way out and I felt VERY vulnarable to him. I felt he would have assaulted me or something if I continued to state that his worker did not fix the damage correctly. Since then I have brought it up and he said that I would have to fix it myself.Ron Pearman is VERY nasty and very unprofessional person. I would never trust him with ANYTHING whatsoever. Please take my word and never do any business when this man either rental or purchasing.
Description of Work: I live in a home where Ron Pearman's unit is next door to me. His unit was leaking water and damaging my unit. I asked him to fix my unit.
