Description of Work: We have a living room leak. The home inspector for the insurance claim that was denied said it was due to a faulty deck and the siding weep holes leaking into the step down living room, due to the bad grading and brick work blocking the flow of water. He came out and gave an estimate, for the money he perfectly matched my siding (which cost an extra week to get since he had the discontinued siding sent in from New York), he matched and painted my chimminy cap (which he could have done for 1000 dollars less then we paid with another company), ripped out a useless blocking piece of brick work, and removed the remainder of the deck, also ground off some metal posts on the cement porch underneath the pre existing deck. The grading of the dirt we discussed wasn't done to my satisfaction but I can chaulk this up to lack of meeting of the minds, After all I hired a siding guy not a landscaper.
