Installer arrived on time. Plastic was laid down from the front door, up the stairs, down the hall and into the master bedroom closet. Furnace was dismantled, removed from the attic in sections. Gas line disconnected, electrical, and lines reset. Condensate lines were flushed and reused. New pan installed. Removed and reused existing supply duck work. Removed illegal flue pipe and tape and ran new flue from roof line to furnace. Installed new thermostat and instructions were provided on how to run and set thermostat. Old AC was disconnected and removed from the premises. Installer removed existing AC unit, leveling area for new tray, new AC was installed. All ground work was cleaned up and remained as it wars prior to the removal of the old AC. Coils were covered with rubber covering, cooling caps installed, 25 amp replaced in the electrical breaker unit. Oil from the installed truck left several spots on driveway pavement, but cleaned up before leaving area. Ms. Kathy Seeley, administrative assistant was very helpful with working with me from contract, keeping me abreast of all details/schedules. She was very knowledgeable in her field of expertise. No questions were left unanswered. C. Phil McIntosh service rep. checked out my unit and provided a detail list of repairs and cost to my old unit. He provided a detail explanation of what was need and why. Mr. McIntosh provided quote for complete new install for AC/Furnace. Both my husband and myself are very please with the information and work that that two individuals provided. I would highly recommend asking for them for future installs. " No" is not in their vocabulary. Ms Seeley and Phil McIntosh are certainly an asset to the Guy Smith HVAC team. I recommend that they both be compensated for a "job well done".

It went very well. I was more than pleased. They give excellent service. They have always been very prompt and they always give a courtesy call to check on how things went.

I am always satisfied with the way they do their work. They are very courteous, and look over everything in detail. They come out 2 times a year to make sure everything works. I pay them about $28 a month, and that covers me for everything. I have been using them for about 10 years now, and would recommend them to anyone. I have been using them all these years, and have never had any complaints about them personally.

I have a good system. With the way they hooked it up is where I had problems. The thing that stuck out with me was that their salesman was very willing to try to find me the best possible deal on the replacement unit. He retired and the new guy is not as good.

I have a yearly agreement and it is $15 a month. So, that is about $170 a year for them to come out twice a year to look at your system and if there is anything wrong, they give you a discount on repairs. The quality of service is always very good. You can schedule with them or if you call because of an emergency, they will come out the same day. Their professionalism is very good. There was one person that came out and it took him about 30 to 40 minutes to complete the work. They leave the work area clean.

Pretty good, minor hitch passing city inspection, but they made it right. Over all pretty satisfied. No problems, no hitches.

Their price was decent. They've done very well. They call and let me know when they are coming so that I can leave work and meet them.

Very responsive. Comes out right away. Punctual. If they are running late, they will call. We have same maintenance on a rental home. Condensation lines clogged and flooded the house. Called to see if that was covered in policy. Was not covered. They also charged me to remove air handler so restoration could be done. Just not happy with the way this turned out.

Joe Baker with Guy Smith Heating and AC came out on time and checked out AC/heat pump as well as cleaned the coils. He was very professional and thorough and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a good Heating/AC company to work with.

Worker told us that we needed a new "Schrader valve." Supposedly replaced for $300. Over the weekend, the A/C began to fail and we had them come out again. Another employee checked and said the capacitor needed to be replaced. We asked why the first guy didn't see that. We did NOT have them replace that. Also the first worker was supposed to come inside, into our attic, and check the indoor part of the A/C. He never did, but he did write that on the receipt of work done. We had another company come out for a second opinion and found out that only a cap had been replaced, not the "Schrader valve." Literally a wire cap. Needless to say we now feel that this company is dishonest and out to make a quick buck. Yes we did get our money back, but only after filing with the BBB. We had left several messages and did not get a call back until that claim was filed.

Pretty satisfied with them. A part that had to be replace I thought was a little premature but I went along with it and all so the guy that was doing it seem pretty knowledgeable and also we haven't had a lot of problems with him at all.

He explained everything to me in detail as listed above. I had him go ahead and do the needed work. He did not have the capacitor on him as he has just used the part he had at the previous call. He explained how he needed to go to the warehouse to get another one and how long I could expect it would take for everything to be done (approximately 1 hour including drive time). He was right on time. I appreciated his explanations of things as I'm not very familiar with ac units as well as his professionalism.

Bryan was very thorough with his trouble shooting on my furnace. He was informative and explained what he was looking for. I wish I had his knowledge on HVAC systems. He got the furnace working after about an hour of system checks. The unit is an American Standard freedom 80 single stage gas furnace. I will call your company again if I need HVAC work done. On a 10 scale, I rate all aspects of the service a 10.
