GUARANTEED GREENER GRASS & SECOND NATURE LANDSCAPE

After following all of their instructions for a new lawn, I ended up with more weeds than grass. I sent the owner, Aaron, pictures of the lawn, but he did not respond. I requested a refund, but he refused and did not offer to correct the problem. I have pictures to show the weeds and bare spots which I sent to him. He did not even respond to my emails. I had to send a text to his secretary to get a response. I certainly would not recommend them.

GGG & SNL have been extremly professional, well priced, responsive, and best yet, their work yields great results. We have used them numerous times already and will continue to do so. It is nice to no longer need to research for a good lawn care and/or landscaping service.

After two terrible experiences with other services, Second Nature came through 100%. They communicate, they are professional and friendly, and they get the job done to my complete satisfaction. I will keep them on for regular lawn maintenance and additional work on my property.

After several years, my grass is neither greener, nor have they suggested honoring any guarantee as to such. Their fertilizer sprayer guys see my lawn every time they come out, why do I have to keep complaining? Everyone who works at the company is friendly and knowledgeable, but I scratch my head when I read all of these reviews and have to wonder, am I the only one who has had an overall lukewarm experience and a subpar lawn to look at every day?

GGG installed a drainage system to help with standing water in portions of my lawn that would take days/weeks to dissipate. The system they installed has already provided great results and I'd recommend to anyone looking for lawn service.

This company is one of the best that I have ever dealt with. They provide quality service at reasonable prices. They are easy to get in touch with and are always professional and courteous. They were so good at aeration and seeding that I added the yearlong contract for fertilization and weed control. I would highly recommend doing business with this company!

I did a lot of research before I chose Guaranteed Greener Grass for my monthly/annual service to my front yard. It has really paid off. My yard looks better than it has in years! There service provider and office personnel are friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone!

last year, i asked GGG to core aerate and seed our lawn; probably the best turnout we've ever had utilizing different companies over the years, so i decided to let his company, second nature landscape, do some fall landscaping in preparation for the coming winter. aaron's communication is top notch, timely, responsive and very professional. he's easy to speak with. no "sales pitch". job quote was a little higher priced than other spot landscaping contractors we've used but not breaking the bank. prior to the job, we never did walk the property together and detail the work that needed to be done. that was a mistake on my part. some trees we didn't want pruned, a crazy flowering plant needed to be removed, and i never specified the final height of the bush trimming, so i will not fault the crew for that. needless to say, i did have to ask them to return twice for inadequate work quality regarding the mulch, bush trimming and initial cleanup. the initial amount of mulch was not enough to insulate for the winter. some areas were very thinly applied while other areas were missing mulch altogether. the bush trimming wasn't smooth, likened to a "bad haircut". there was good amount of bush clippings left on the new mulch that took away from clean curb appeal. on the second return, aaron accompanied his crew to complete the job. personally, i like that approach. i've seen one too many times the details of the job get lost when communicated between owner/operator and the foreman. while i may not hire SNL for future landscaping work, i will likely hire GGG for their excellent lawn maintenance, which is what drew me to the company in the first place. :)

They took care of my lawn for 2 years. The office was very nice and responsive to my questions. However I have a weed that they said was called Killinga and they were unable to get rid of it for me. Last fall for my seeding and fertilizer treatment( the most costly treatment of the year) my lawn barely greened up at all all compared to my neighbors( who use different companies), I only had a few streaks of green in the entire yard. I also had several bare area's that I have had to reseed myself twice. I have rarely written a negative comment but felt I needed to in this case since, as I look for a new company today, I see they are very highly rated, I wonder what happened in my case?

I have been using guaranteed greener grass for a year now and they have been great..just renewed their services for the upcoming year and could not be happier. They always let us know when to expect them, or if there are any delays due to weather etc. If there are any issues, they are very quick to rectify and always follow up. Highest possible recommendation for them!
