"This is a categorically false review. We have been a member of angies list since 2006 and have never had a bad review. In an effort to gain more reviews from our customers we did offer a $10 credit toward any future service if the customer left ANY rated review here. This includes [member name removed] "F" rated review. He qualifies for the same discount on future services for his "F" rated review as anyone who left an "A" rated review. We never "buy" good reviews. In the letter to our customers, we specifically state that if a customer does not believe we deserve an "A" rating to please contact us and let us know what we can do to earn that "A" rating. You can ask any of the other customers who leave us reviews if we paid them for them, and they will all tell you that he is incorrect. I am sorry that the customer feels this way and that he chose to do what he did rather than call us to discuss it with us. Our offer was for any rated review, not only the good ones. This particular customer has been a customer for almost 3 years, and you will see that he has never bothered to leave a review until now. If he felt we are such a bad company, why hasn't he left a review as such for almost 3 years? Why would he have continued services for all of that time? Why hasn't he left us any review before now? People have busy lives, and they don't always have time to leave reviews. This customer did not, as most others do not. This is why we offered this discount. To give people the incentive and make it worth their while to leave a review, ANY review. This customer is the prime example of that. In 3 years of doing business he never bothered to leave us any review before, good, bad or otherwise. He didn't take the time to tell you what he thought. Until we offered an incentive for him to review. I guess it worked, he finally took the time to leave us a review :)"

"After speaking with [member name removed] today, we arranged fro her to continue service. After her first treatment, last December, we never received the service agreement to continue service that she sent in the mail. Since payment for that service wasn't received until 90 days after the service was completed we had assumed that she wished to discontinue her service. After reading her review, we contacted her the same day and have rescheduled service with her. We never contact customers over and over in an attempt to get them to continue service. We apologize that we never received the agreement that [name removed] sent in the mail to us, but we have now corrected the situation.We look forward to continuing to provide [name removed] with a better and better lawn with each visit!"

Any concerns are handled by one of the owners of our company, not a technician or employee. Communication is imperative as well, and even though we may not be able to receive every call that comes into our office all of the time, we ALWAYS return them the same day or the next business day t the latest. We quite often work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays in the office for periods to return calls and keep communication prompt with our customers and potential clients in addition to standard weekday hours. As Mr. Grifa stated in his review the cost given is for an entire years worth of service. That service includes 7 treatments on our premier, unique Synergy plus turf management program, specifically tailored to each lawns individual needs. It also includes a core aeration, seeding and starter fertilization in the fall. The seeding is performed with 100% turf type tall fescue grass seed that boasts a 0.00% weed content and over a 90% germination rate. We apply seed at an extremely heavy rate of approx 7 pounds per 1000 square feet to give the best results possible Mr. Grifa, we will continue to work hard on your lawn to bring it and keep it at its fullest potential. "Thanks for the great review. Unlike some national companies, we ALWAYS come to inspect your lawn in person and give it a thorough analysis prior to beginning any treatment plan. Some national companies simply give you an estimate based on a satellite image and apply the same thing to your lawn that they do everyone else's. That just doesn't work. Everyone's lawn has its own problems and concerns, they should all be treated differently. That's what we do with every one of our customers lawns. From inspection, to plan development, to treatment, every service is individualized.
