Dear Customer; After Installing the sod for you, I followed up with you after a few days to check up on the health of the sod. At that time I told you to call me if ANYTHING began to look off or funny with the grass. I told you to call me at the office, or even on my personal cell phone. I never received a call or email or any communication from you that there was any problem with the sod whatsoever! This customer does not have an irrigation system and were told specifically that watering would be paramount. Since installation we have had 4 days with 105+ heat index and many days over 100, with very few days of rain. If the sod was watered properly there would have been no issue. That being said, had we been contacted that there was any problem with the sod, we would have immediately come out to address the problem. Instead we receive no communication, no complaint, no phone call, only a bad review out of no where. Lawn care, whether through chemical maintenance, or sod installation, or seed, must be maintained by the homeowner as well as us. If any of our customers have an issue with their lawn, they can and should always contact us. We are not psychic and it is unfair to assume such. We have installed more than 35,000 square feet of sod this season alone, and this particular customers 500 square feet is the only complaint we have received. Yet our sod comes from the same farm each time, and is installed exactly the same way. So if there was a problem with the quality of our sod, or the installation of it, there would be far more people leaving bad reviews here instead of nothing but "A" rated ones.
