Description of Work: Originally they planned to provide weed killer but after seeing that my lawn was Saint Augustine grass it was decided that the killer would also kill my grass. We agreed that I would have fertilizer applied instead.

Description of Work: The owner and office staff are great. However, scheduling was an issue a few times. It appears they pack their calendar, but they always made it up the next day. I'm sure part of this is natural due to being dependent on weather. They did try to come out 730pm with machinery to aerate the lawn. I had to stop them since my kids had just gone to bed. | |The products are great - my lawn looks fantastic!!! The staff that would treat the lawn were always there as I got home from work, yet they would not even as much as say hello. I was told they would tell me if my lawn needed any thing (i.e. more/less watering) but even after I created a huge brown spot in the middle of the lawn, I heard nothing. I learned the hard way I wasn't watering enough. The owner, Aaron, is very knowledgeable and I liked him a lot. I wish the crew just educated me more on things I could do/was doing wrong. | |With lessons learned the lawn now looks great. I am undecided if I will use them again. The products are great and I guess now I know more that I wouldn't have to depend on someone's advice.

this customer purchased a deal for aeration and seeding for her lawn for $99. The deal clearly states that cost was for 2000 square feet and that additional square footage would cost $45 per thousand square feet. The property she desired to have serviced was more than 11,000 square feet. We gave her the exact price that was listed on the deal for her square footage. She then scheduled the job and cancelled last minute stating she had changed her mind. We cannot be responsible for a customer having 6 times the amount of square feet purchased for and charging them the rate listed on the deal they purchased
