They were on time. Mel came out and explained the whole service and what the Big Deal included. They did the entire front and back yard. They did exactly what they said they would do. I liked him so much that I plan on using him in the future. I also recommended him to my neighbor and she will also be using him.

They came and talked to me the other day. They were very reasonable and seemed to know what they were doing.

Really really nice folks, very nice to work with. Always on time. I am purchasing another one for my other house.

I have used Guaranteed Greener Grass' services for about 5 years, both for an annual weed control/fertilizer program as well as core aeration/seeding services every fall. Both Aaron and Mel are friendly and professional, and always give a call a day or two prior to the next application. On one recent occasion, they actually came out to perform an application, but weather had not allowed me to rake a pretty significant amount of leaves...they left without applying and when I called they said they didn't want me to spend the money when the application would not have been effective due to the leaf coverage. A few weeks later, when weather had finally allowed me to clean up the yard and I called back, they said it was a little late to perform that particular treatment and they recommended I wait until the next one. I really appreciated that level of integrity! Also, a few times I've needed to reschedule because of scheduling conflicts with my lawn man, and they are always flexible and willing to work around my schedule. I've been very happy with their services (otherwise would not have stayed with them for 5 years!) and results, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

This company is really great. My lawn always looks beautiful and healthy because they cut at just the right height, trim and edge perfectly, then blow away the leftover clippings.

Buyer beware. Guaranteed Greener Grass is offering cash incentives to customers who write favorable 5 star reviews.How can you believe the reviews if they are trying too buy them??? I'm a customer and they do not deserve a 5 star rating! I'm dropping them as a result of there actions!!!

The results I have from using this business are outstanding. My front yard was initially seeded for $99 and I am very pleased with the results; so much that I continue to use the service on an ongoing basis. My front yard went from a mud pit with sparse grass and weeds to a beautiful green yard. This company is definitely a business I would recommend to my friends and neighbors. It went ok. He has not contacted me yet for the next treatment. They were on time, very professional. The lat work they did for me I was not here. They planted grass seeds and some weed treatment. I have not seen grass yet and I have not seen weeds so it must have worked. They were very responsive.

It went great! They are very timely with the lawn treatments. If I have a question regarding any matters relating to our lawn they have always been professional and responsive. We have used this lawn service for approximately 4 yours and our lawn is much greener and has less weeds. The costs of their service is also a savings over the previous lawn service we had been using.

This company is great. They are honest, prompt, dependable, and have very fair prices. Through the years, they have made what was one of the worst lawns in the neighborhood one of the best.

Mel and GGG provide a great service and expert lawn care. We have depended and used this service for years and they have always been outstanding in customer service.

Greener Grass has followed through with everything they said. I have called a couple of times and was treated very well; like I mattered. The technicians arrive on time and do the work quickly. They either tell (if you are home) or leave information regarding what was done that day and what I need to do if anything. The results so far have been good. The results at the end of this year (2014) will be the test. Update 11/4/14: It has now been a full year since the first service from Greener Grass. With the applications throughout the year and my part of keeping up with the watering and proper mowing, the grass has never looked better! I definitely will continue with the service. Also, 2 of my neighbors have used their services upon my recommendation.

They are bazillion times better than the other 2 landscaping companies. I have tried both the other companies and I never saw good results with them. I have already seen immediate results with Guaranteed Greener Grass & Second Nature Landscape. I get what I pay for with them. The interaction has been fantastic. They are easy to communicate with and they get right back to me when I leave a message because they were not able to take the call in the office. It’s been nothing but pleasant.

Went really well. We used a coupon we found in our Angie's List Magazine. The owner/manager is very professional and personable. We noticed a difference in crab grass dying off in a matter of days. We have had only one treatment so far, but so far so good. The only negative feedback I would say is we have received numerous auto-dialer messages from them attempting to see additional services.

I had them come out and perform a lawn analysis. I took them up on their recommendations and started a monthly treatment program. I also paid for additional services such as aeration and seeding. My lawn has made a dramatic turn around in a short period of time and it has never looked better. I have used other national brand lawn service companies and have not seen results like this.

I was very impressed with the service which included aeration, planting grass seeds and fertilizing. Have retained them to continue my lawn care.

I had Aaron and his guys spray off old grass in backyard and level it where needed and then add new sod. I called and was provided with an estimate the next day. I told Aaron that I was going out of town but would like the work to be completed while I was away. The guys did everything I was promised and could not ask for more. My backyard is beautiful! Would definitely call for future work! Aaron and his guys are awesome!

The service was solid and it turned out fine. They made some recommendations and followed up with a letter. They seemed to do a good work. They checked the soil and took the sample.

They are great. The owner is very attentive to my needs. He will follow- up on a job and make sure that it is done to my expectations. If there is something that I do not like, he will fix it.

I have seen them work on other houses in my neighborhood and their address is very close to my house and that's why I chose them. They do good work and my overall experience with them has been excellent.
