On time for assessment appointment. On time/on schedule for yard prep and sod lay down appointments. On time for follow up. After a wet winter of settling in the yard looks great.

They were quick and thorough. The entire 1/2 acre lot was aerated. the deal was for seed and aeration, but our yard was too big. We negotiated and they just did aeration. I was happy.

This is a great company. They are honest and dependable. Due to the nature of the service provided, we will need to wait a few more months to see the final results, but we are excited. They did such an excellent job that we signed up for their year long service.

Provider was punctual and helpful. Provided recommendations on other problem areas of lawn. Service helped lawn sprout and fill in dead spots.

He was very prompt in coming to my home the same day I called. Upon surveying the situation, he indicated he would prepare a customized program for my lawn and for my approval. He did so. His demeanor, knowledge of lawn care and the customized report were very professional and all-inclusive. I had a couple of questions that were answered to my satisfaction. I was to submit the report to my Home Owners Association as they requested. It indicated the steps he planned to take, the approximate amount of time it would take for the treatments and the completion of the job. They had no questions after receiving the report and I have not heard from them since -, indicating they were satisfied with the report and the results.. His office staff would always call prior to having the workmen come out. They too were very professional and cordial. He indicated that the results of his lawn care would eliminate the crabgrass and I would have a beautiful green lawn if I followed the instructions for watering the lawn daily - once it was aerated and seeded. I followed his instructions to the letter and lo and behold, I now have a beautiful green lawn as those of my neighbors. I am no longer the crabgrass queen of the area. I would gladly recommend this company to my neighbors and friends because it was a professional job well done. And thank God I did not have the aggravation of going through the yellow pages and "maybe" coming close to finding workmen of their caliber and results as satisfying as theirs.

Provider informed me it was too late in the season to aerate and directed me to request a refund.

A crew of two showed up with impressive equipment and got straight to work. They aerated our front lawn, spread good quality seed, and fertilized at the same time. Our lawn is much improved! The only downside is that fertilizing at the same time encouraged some weed growth (our weeds, our bad) before the grass seed took hold. Over a month later, however, we have a beautiful, even, green healthy front yard.

Went well over all. I had several areas of weeds left after first application but they came back promptly and applied more weed killer at no extra charge.

The technitions arrived and performed all services asked for. I had spoken with the estimator and he assured me that all of the lawn would be done. They missed a small strip on the side of the house. No biggie but still he had not communicated my wishes to the technicians.

Second Nature Landscaping did a perfect job! I initially contacted them via email and inquired about getting an estimate to remove everything I had around the house so I could start with a clean slate. Aaron came by the same day (or the very next day) and contacted me promptly with what he had in mind for removal of old and installation of new. He emailed me a plethora of images so I could pick out which types of plants, shrubs and flowers I like (and which ones I didn't) so he could come up with a design plan. Everything sounded good as far as options and price, but being a complete novice about landscaping, I asked if he could come by again to walk me through his vision and that it matched what I had in mind. He showed up at the timeframe specified and did a very thorough explanation. I signed a contract right after we spoke. We scheduled a date. He came on the exact date and completed the work. Everything looks amazing! He and his crew did a fantastic job! Will use SNL again! :)

Very well done at a very reasonable price

Job was done quickly and efficiently. This company has helped me have a really healthy, nice-looking lawn.

This is an update to my last review. Unfortunately, the herbicide they applied to my back yard last year as I mentioned before killed just about everything because I had mostly clover, not grass. Essentially it was dirt. Nothing they did except make me realize that I needed new grass that could stand up to my German Shepherd. They installed Bermuda sod in the area behind the house ( not the whole yard) at a cost of about 2,000 dollars and I can tell you today it was worth every penny. They continued treating the front lawn and I watered it just like they said; both front and back. I now have a beautiful front lawn ( I did cut it a little short this last time). My wife, who didn't really care about the grass ( so she said lol) is now as proud as I am of the lawn and the work we have done and working with this company. They are now "partnering" with me to work on the back yard and it's off to a great start. The only other comment I have is that I felt kinda silly getting upset about things last time around; I had to be patient with the grass which is not my strong suit. The B rating I had placed before was that sometimes I had the feeling of being lectured to by a youngster (I'm a very young 60) but that was MY fault as my feelings getting hurt because how hard could it be to grow grass, right?. I was recovering from surgery and was generally kinda nasty and upset because I had to depend on others. That's as close to an apology I can get to (smile). Thanks Cindy, Mel and Aaron for being the confident, patient and knowledgeable folks they are. Don't be frightened off by the sod cost; they did a GREAT job bringing in extra dirt and leveling out spots in the yard and grass is growing now in places it never had before. Their maintenance programs are very reasonable and they do listen. These guys and gals are knowledgeable and VERY reasonably priced... so far (lol) ( From June 2014)The verdict is still out on the lawn treatment, but the people have been really nice and the customer service has been fair. They are conscientious about what they are doing and are good about keeping me in the loop. They are also not a high pressure group and do what I ask them to do. All the clover is dead in my backyard, and they assure me that the yard will be green by the fall, and I am going to be patient.

The service was good. The owner came out and told us that they would do the front and back yard for the quoted price. When the worker came out he only ending up did the front yard.

G3 was great. Mr. Morris came out and explained everything and answered all of my questions. The lawn treatment went very well as the weeds died off quickly and our lawn came back alive very fast. Landscaping was done very nicely as well. There was a miscommunication and he didn't think that I wanted the wood decking around the pond gone but once he realized that's what I wanted, he did it on the same day with the workers that were already there and did not complain nor increase the cost of the project. Thanks to G3, we finally have a front facade that looks clean and easy to maintain. I would trust them with any landscaping job and lawn treatments.

He told me he couldn't really evaluate what the problem in my yard was with the big brown patch until the yard started greening up. The reason the yard wasn't greening up there is because of the big brown patch!! He did spray the front and back yard with weed treatment - but now my front yard is the worst looking yard in the neighborhood, and I am no closer to finding out what the cause of the brown patch is. I basically spent 59$ for him to come do weed and feed on my yard.

I am so happy with their service. I have used other providers in the past that are nationwide companies. I can honestly say my lawn looks incredible. It even looks better than my neighbors who use another company and my other neighbor who has a sodded lawn. I am very impressed with their service and will continue to use them.
