Description of Work: Guaranteed came out(on time) for the weed killing service/ Lawn assessment. They were very knowledgeable about my lawn pointing out both the good / bad qualities. They told me about their company and laid out their services. This was all done with out a hard sales pitch. I signed up for one of Guaranteed's fertilizing service. They have been very attentive to my lawn's needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for this type of service. I am totally satisfied with this company.

I would like to take a moment to address this review from a one time customer of ours. This particular customer contracted us to perform a one time service on his lawn on April 10th, 2014. We performed a weed control, fertilization and crabgrass control as requested to do so. No complaint about his service was ever levied or made. After more than 60 days past due and several mailed invoices later, we contacted the customer by phone to request payment fro services that were more than 2 months past due. After that contact, we suddenly received a "C" rated review. The review had no individual grades on Angie's list system for reviews. No text whatsoever has been added to the review. No complaint or specific reason why we received less than an "A" rating. Simply a "C" rated review more than 60 days after service was provided, conveniently left less than a week after we contacted the customer for payment that was significantly past due. The review system here is designed to inform potential customers of the real life dealings with a particular company. It is not intended to air grievances incurred simply because someone was asked to pay their bill for services rendered without a complaint ever spoken. If there was a way that we could have served this customer better, we would have loved to known about it so that we may improve our service to him. I personally apologize for any shortcomings that they felt we may have had, but I will not apologize for requesting payment for agreed upon services after more than 4 times the given timeframe for payment

Overall very smoothly!
Description of Work: Removed 2 small tree stumps, dug out area behind fence to park a 1 ton pickup. Installed a 2nd driveway to allow driving truck into backyard. Installed walkway approx 3' x 10' beside driveway. Both new driveway and walkway are done with pavers. Truck parking done with "crush & run". Majority of work done in one day w/final cleanup and top soil fill completed the next day.
