The service was good. They were here when they were supposed to be. We have no problems with work.

They were very honest and considerate. The service was great!

The service was fine. My husband was primarily there during the time of the service. They were able to complete the work in a timely fashion. My husband was very satisfied with the service.

Their service was great. Chuck was great and he is the man. He wears a lot of different hats for the company and should be promoted. Karen was also a gem and very pleasant to deal with. Overall, the service was great and it made my life a lot easier.

It is a mobile unit. They did a great job. They showed up on time and took care of it right away. They completed the work quickly due to a storm that was coming.

After getting a quote from safelite ($513) and getting shocked buy the cost of a new windshield I went into saving mode for the next couple months. Well, the time came, but over those couple I had become a member of angieslist. I did a quick search and found safelite at the top of the list, which was expected but I thought I should give these smaller companies a try and see what they would quote me. I am so glad I did. Now whats shocking is how safelite is still in business. How they get away with charging 3x the amount of the smaller companies is beyond me. They did have some pushy sales reps on the phone, and even though I was not going to be able to use my insurance they still were using every technique to keep me on the phone and sell me this $513 windshield. I find Glass doctor. Karen was the lady I spoke with, who is probably the nicest service desk person I have ever met. I gave her my vehicle information and she came back with a quote of $170. I was astonished. $513 to $170 heck yes. Called one more place they gave me a $180 quote, which made me anti-safelite forever. I obviously stuck with Glass Doctor, because of their lowest quote and got an appointment two days later. I took my car up there. They say it takes about an hour. I think mine took less than that. Drove away with a pretty new windshield.

I had Glass Doctor come out to fix a window that was fogged in my bathroom. The technician, Danny, came out on time. Since the glass had to be replaced, he suggested that we replace the glass with an obscure glass. His advice was heeded and a few days later he returned in a timely fashion and installed the new glass. He did a great job and we absolutely love our new window. We now have extra light coming into our bathroom while having the privacy it provides. In addition, he installed our shower door and it is fabulous!! He even left a bottle of glass cleaner. A few days later, he came back with the tops for my dresser and nightstand. They fit perfectly! Thanks Glass Doctor....we will call you again if we need anything in the future!!

We had a second floor added to our home with a new master bathroom. The technician from Glass Doctor came to our home and gave a quote for a frameless heavy glass shower. He was very professional and gave us a quote after he completed a detailed measurement. The same technician and a helper came back twelve days later and installed the shower. They were very courteous and left their work area clean. My new shower is beautiful! I will definitely call Glass Doctor for my glass needs in the future."

The service was GREAT. Danny the technician, knew his job well. He arrived promptly on both occasions (for the measure an installation). It took him 1 hr. to install and he was very neat and tidy.
