+ 0 moreThese guys did a outstanding job for us beginning to end. They are just the best. From getting a quote, following up with us, no other contractor did. They arrived on time. The tear off, repair, install and clean up was done with a high level of professionalism. Their supervisor came out the following day to check on everything. There really is no reason to call anybody else. I did my fair share of that. We are very pleased with the job Gilpin Roofing did for us.

+ -1 moreExcellent roofing contractor. Very professional. I recommend Gilpin highly. I had a complete roof tear off and installation of a GAF roofing system (GAF products including installation of a ridge vent where one did not previously exist). I also had a drip edge along the rakes and eaves installed as well as new apron flashing in the front of the house and new chimney flashing. The quote was $3000 less than another quote I received for the exact same GAF products and the other quote did not include the new flashing! I am completely satisfied and would enthusiastically recommend Gilpin to anyone.

+ -1 moreThey were fantastic. We did comparisons with other companies, and some were as low as $3000, but we were happy with the quality of the work. The quote that they gave us was so detailed with the various things that needed to be done. We felt really comfortable with everything that needed to be done, that they found, and they were very professional. The roof is beautiful. The price was a little more expensive than some places, but not the most expensive.

+ -1 moreThe provider contacted me via phone a few days after I submitted the request for a quote on a new roof for my townhouse. I was informed that they would go to my house, write an estimate and get back to me in no more than two days. I never heard from them again.
