They started out bad. They packed a truck over the bushes. We had already landscaped a part of the yard and I overlooked that. They gave us a 10 year warranty if anything goes bad they’d fix it and that included parts and labor. The pane they put under the heating and air just watered and leaked and rusted out. I called them and they said they would come out to do it. it took me two more calls just to come out and finally they came out. The guy came out and took the measurement and left and didn’t come out for another month. Then he had the wrong size pane. He took the measurement and left and after another month they came back. They installed the pane and I told them I wanted it raised above the ground so that air could circulate. He told me that wasn’t a problem and he could do that but he didn’t do that. Time goes and I live with the pane as it was. After sometime we stopped getting any heat or air out of the unit and it was still within the 10 years warranty. We still had 3 years left in the warranty and they said that I would have to pay a service charge. I told them I had a warranty and she said it was no longer good and it was void. We went round and round and finally when I got some one on the phone they said they couldn’t do anything about it anymore. It was the last time I had anything to do with them. When we had the system installed we had an air cleaner put in. When I looked at the air intake there was no filter and I asked him and he said I didn’t need one. I thought the air cleaner did everything. The next time some one came for a service he asked me where the filter was and I told him the previous guy told me I didn’t need one and he said I did need one. They don’t know what they are talking about. Initially they would come out to service the system and then they would come out every two years after that we had to call them to come out and it was nothing but a headache.
Description of Work: My wife and I contracted Gilder Sleeve to install a new geo thermo heat system in our house.

They are neat clean and they do their job. If there is something wrong they fix it at no cost. I hired them because they were the only ones qualified to service Florida system.
Description of Work: They did a maintenance check on our AC unit they do it twice a year. ($185.00 for the year)
