+ -1 moreThere have been many complaints and charges filed against Fidelity and the owner. Check out all the different courts systems in the local area, the DPOR, and the BBB. The owner is a know scam artist and criminal to include felony charges of fraud against the government. Instead of doing the correct thing and trying to make the situations right, they have changed their name to Genesis Construction Services to evade the issues. Genesis is run by the same people, just in a different location and with a different name (refer to the state corporate commission for business and address info). If anyone reading this an unfortunate victim, please make sure you also file a complaint with the Virginia State Board of Contractors (DPOR) and the BBB, not just with the civil court. You do not need an attorney to do either of these and hopefully with enough complaints, it will help prevent them from doing this to anybody else.
Description of Work: Buyer Beware!!! Please refer to the company formerly known as Fidelity Construction, Inc. previously located at One Columbus Center, Suite 600 in Virginia Beach. We were personally scammed out of almost $60,000.00 from Fidelity before we discovered the truth about the company. We hired them for room addition and remodeling work, but all we got was a disastrous nightmare. We have to tear all the so called work they performed on our home completely out and have everything redone. They have also caused major damages to our existing roof structure, and have left our home with massive water damage and security issues.
