+ -1 moreSo this year, I scheduled with them again to do a Front Yard Redress and hopefully give me some ideas and make improvements to my back yard. We had scheduled a date in June and I stayed home from work to meet with them and talk a bit about the back yard. Well, they didn't show. I got an e-mail from them at the end of the day stating that they had a family emergency which is why they didn't show. We then re-scheduled for Friday, July 13 to do the front yard. I sent several e-mails trying to get confirmation that they would be here on Friday, 13 July and got no response. We made several phone calls, yet I still believed they would show up.So much for trust. Again, they aren't showing up. No way to be successful in business is all I can say. Oh, and now I still have a bad yard, a disability, and a 1 year old birthday party here tomorrow, guess I am screwed by Gardening By The Yard this time.
Description of Work: I used Gardening By the Yard a few years ago and loved them. They totally cleaned up my neglected flower beds.
