Fish Window Cleaning - Virginia Beach

I have enjoyed my clean windows every single day since they serviced my home! I'm already looking forward to the next time I can have them come! After purchasing a Big Deal through Angie's List, I scheduled an appointment with Fish Window Cleaners. The office staff was professional, polite, and friendly when I called. I left a message on their answering service and received a return call the same day. The gentlemen arrived on time, politely introduced themselves, and listened carefully to my instructions. Since my Big Deal voucher was for only 14 windows, I was particular about which ones of the 36 on my house I wanted to be cleaned: they got it right with telling them only once! Impressive! Then, on their way out, they even cleaned the glass on my front door and foyer window as an extra bonus! I especially appreciated that neither the office staff nor the workmen pressured me to purchase additional services, such as cleaning other windows or applying special products for extra cost. The men were patient and friendly to my two-year-old son, who followed them all through the house and yard, fascinated by their ladders and tools. My only disappointment is that their Big Deal special is available to new customers only, so I can't purchase Deals they offer in the future. Of course, I understand the purpose of the offering is to attract new clients, but as a client with little disposable income, I am unlikely to purchase their services again for awhile. Wish their Big Deal offer was similar to that of other daily deal sites/offerings, that is available for anyone. (It should be noted though that I haven't priced any other window cleaning providers: I rated their prices as '"fair" based only on my budget, not by comparison. Their rates may be competitive.)

The windows are now sparkling clean! The workers were friendly and efficient.

I bought a coupon from Angie's List The Big Deal to have my windows washed, which haven't been done since I moved into my house two years ago. Monté and Kevin were punctual, very polite and professional. They immediately donned their plastic booties to cover their shoes and went to work. One of the men had to climb on to the roof to get to my dormer window, and they worked in tandem and so efficiently, that they were finished in no time. They scrubbed the screens and got all the debris off, especially the upstairs windows, which I couldn't get to. It was a nice touch that they wiped off the window sills. All in all a very pleasant experience, and I will definitely use them again.

They were wonderful We had two windows on which dirt was remaining--called them, they came back and cleaned those windows again. They were professional in their services.

I was already out of town meeting my movers at the new house. So they were great about choosing the 14 dirtiest windows (14 windows is what I payed for) and calling to ask about whether to allow some other workmen access to my garage. I appreciated their professionalism in working with my crazy schedule. The window tracks were not sparkling white when I returned, but they were much cleaner than when I left. I was pleased with the whole process. I would definitely use them again. I would just make sure I was there, but that was my fault not theirs.

We purchased a coupon thru Angie's list for window washing...We had more windows than the coupon covered, but we had them complete the entire house! They did an awesome job. We have used several difference window washing companies thru the years and this is the first time I have been pleased with the quality of the work! I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it went very well. Kevin was very good and I highly recommend him. Actually he came at 8 o’clock and I think when I set it up with Angie’s List, it was supposed to be for 12 noon. So it wasn’t his fault and it wasn’t a problem as well, because I was at home. I didn’t pay anything additional apart from the big deal amount. There wasn’t really anything bad about him actually. He had the time on his sheet at 8 o’clock and so that wasn’t his fault, which certainly wasn’t a problem. He did an excellent job. His cleaning was excellent and nothing was soiled on my wood floors. He was very conscientious about that. He wore his ked to cover his feet and he was most courteous. It was great and I was very pleased. I will absolutely use him again in the future.

The office called two days in advance to confirm the date and time, The workers showed up right on time. We discussed prices on another service I had asked about, pressure cleaning some siding. They explaind the procedures and promptly went to work. They pressure washed the siding that needed it, and removed and washed my screens. They then cleaned my windows, inside and out, replaced the screens and left me with a winsow wash spray to use on my mirrors. Everyone was polite and accomplished their jobs efficiently and in a timely , professional and friendly way. I would be pleased to have them back again and have reccommended them to my daughter.

It turned out great. I added some windows so there were extra charges for $199 altogether. They very professional, they're great to have in the house and they're thorough.

It went very well. The appointment was extremely easy to scheduled. I had purchased an Angie's List deal and while we had to wait a bit for an appointment they arrived on time and let everything looking wonderful!

Initially, our experience with Fish did not go well. My request for an estimate was promised the same day as my call, or no later than the next, however, by the end of the third day we had not heard from Fish representatives. I then sent a short note to the company advising them they obviously did not need/want our business and that we would be looking elsewhere for window cleaners. To make this summary shorter, we were contacted soon after, and, after the estimate phase, we had the work done by Fish. The workers arrived on time, carefully did the job right, and cleaned all of our windows, inside and out. My wife and I were completely satisfied with Fish and would recommend them in spite of the initial hiccup regarding our contact with the office in setting up the estimate and work.

Good job. About a week afterward, we discovered 2 windows in the door leading to the deck that appeared to not have been cleaned. Only with the sun shining was it noticeable. We called and left a message which they didn't immediately respond to. Called again a day or so later and got someone on the phone who promised action. They sent the window cleaner back to take care of it. No problem.

The two young male employees arrived punctually and were neatly dressed in their company uniform.They got right to work and were well organized. This was a big job and took over 4 hours to complete. This is a very tall two story house and required considerable size ladders - all of which they brought with them. Great! They did a good job and the gutters managed to stay up. The bottom windows were cleaned really well.
