Description of Work: I hired them to wash all exterior windows and one large inaccessible interior window. Matthew was prompt, professional and courteous. He took care to make certain my cats didn't get out of the house when he opened the windows to remove the screens. I was assured beforehand that each screen would go back into the window from which it came. | |When I requested an estimate, I received it that same day. The estimate included a grand total amount. The other company that I contacted gave me a price per window. With Fish Window Cleaning, I knew exactly what I was getting. I will definitely hire them in the future.

Gratuity is not required and therefore is not included in our estimate or our invoice. Any extra tip that a client feels he/she would like to give to the technician goes directly to the employee. When a client pays by credit card, we ask if he/she would like to include a tip. Many say yes, some say no. Others actually tip the technician in cash on site. At no time is this gesture considered an expectation. I regret if you misunderstood our intention.

Description of Work: Cleaned gutters, dispose of debris, check downspouts. |Gutters and downspouts were all new and hadn't been up that long. I wanted to get the last of the dead leaves out. I thought he could have removed a little more of the debris from the gutters. And the downspouts weren't adjusted well and came off. I would use them again. He was polite and quick. The cost was what was quoted.

Description of Work: Fish Window Cleaning did an awesome job cleaning my windows last year. I have quite a few windows including some paladium windows and they were very reasonably priced, though I do not remember exactly what that price was. I just called them to clean my windows this year. I would definitely recommend them.

The two employees were very nice, presentable, and friendly. I felt very comfortable with them in my home. They took their shoes off, placed their tools on a cloth, and seemed to genuinely care about not causing any permanent damage to any part of my home. Unfortunately, they did not clean up the floors behind them, and they stated they had locked all of the windows. SIX, yes 6 windows were left unlocked! Check your windows behind any window people for safety.
