Just before closing, when I did my walk through, I had them come back again and I had some areas of concern that the seller was supposed to have fixed. I had them come and just do a double check for me. I was very, very pleased with them.

The inspector did an amazing job. He's he is very professional with enough knowledge.

I was very pleased with Final Analysis from the moment we called to schedule. We received an immediate response and they worked with us to find a convenient time. This went into after hours and we never felt like that was inconvenient for them. Having an honest and thorough inspection is what I expected and that is most certainly what we received. In depth and thorough with photos and complete easy to understand recommendations. I appreciated the fact Dan advised us to call with any questions and the inspection was not complete until our questions were answered. (even if this was down the road). Everything went great Dan and his team of two others were nice and knowledgeable. The process took about an hour and a half afterword we were walked around the property and explained everything we would see on the report. The report was detailed with pictures and comments as well as just general safety concerns.

Dan was amazing!!! He called me 15min. before he was scheduled to meet me and left a very detailed message about why he was running a few minutes late. Very respectful and very thorough during his inspection. I don't think he missed anything. His explanations were quite detailed in layman terms so that even I could understand. Overall, this was the best home inspection we could have ever imagined! Dan & Adam were extremely thorough and knowledgable in answering every question we asked, which were a lot of questions. The information delivery during the inspection from Ruben was excellent as he was very objective and fact based while he clearly explained his findings. Great.I chose Final Analysis initially due to their extraordinary reviews. I had them perform a seller's inspection in June and a termite/moisture analysis in September. If I had any further inspection needs I would absolutely use them again. It's rare to find such a professional and personable company. It is clear that they are perfectionists. The report is thorough and easy to understand, however, they are willing to patiently answer any questions you have. They have earned my highest recommendation.

This is the most amazing inspection company I have ever worked with! They were courteous, informative, prompt, and thorough. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dan, the owner, and Reuben, a key inspector. Final Analysis Home Inspections actually conducted two home inspections for me within about two weeks. The first home had numerous issues that were apparent, and Reuben found more! When we went to the sellers to ask for additional funds for repair of the additional issues Reuben found, the deal fell through because the sellers refused to repair the issues or offer funds for me to repair them. So, I found another home for purchase, and of course, I chose Final Analysis to conduct the inspection on the next house too. I shared my concerns about the homes and home inspections in detail, and he listened and provided me with lots of information. So, choosing the right inspector was of paramount importance to me. Reuben showed up early to the inspections to begin his overview of the homes, and he looked at everything, which took many hours. I was thrilled that I was getting the in-depth type of inspection that I was looking for so that I would know what I was buying. The company officials arrived ahead of time. Too, they were friendly (this was extremely important to us), provided me (wife) with an introduction of "what to expect" during the examination of the property. As well, we were encouraged to intervene at ANY point with our questions and concerns in reference to the property. In short, the professional team earned our trust instantly and made us comfortable "pointing out" that they had our best interest first, despite our realtor's presence. The crew "suited up" with their "shoe covers" & clothing covering (respecting the carpet - items at our potential home); then the service (inspection) began. Without hesitation and as encouraged, we interjected the operations at some point with all inspectors; and asked questions about items that would have buried us in costly repairs. As the inspections continued, every hazardous or questionable item(s) was immediately pointed out to us; as the crew documented and compiled the info. At the end of the review, a brief summary of the findings was rendered to us. Then a couple hours later, we received the entire detailed report via email (password protected) & included video. Dan and his team arrived on time and got straight to work. Throughout the inspection they kept us informed of any potential red flags and educated us on their findings. Hiring Final Analysis was the best decision I made during my home buying experience. These guys are top notch! Do NOT go with your realtor's inspection guy, they will not have your best interest in mind. Ruben was our inspector and I cannot say enough positive things about him. Super personable, on-time, and thorough! They made me feel so comfortable with buying my home. These guys go above and beyond what is typically expected of this service. The inspection took almost 3 hours which seems long, but I am so grateful for how meticulous they were. They cover every appliance, switch, outlet, knob, hinge, faucets, EVERYTHING! Brilliant! Reuben was punctual, thorough, and extremely well versed in every aspect of home inspections. He answered every question I had and then some. He was able to point out one very important item which may be costly to me in the near future and which definitely changes my comfort level about buying this home.
