Dan was incredibly knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. The report and follow-up provided were detailed with photos and comments as well as insightful feedback. I would highly recommend Final Analysis to future customers and I plan to utilize them again for an independent final inspection upon completion of my home.

Dan does a fantastic job inspecting homes. He looks at the house inside and out, identifies problems and concerns, takes pictures, and provides an easy to read inspection summary. I have witness several other home inspection companies and would never call them again. Dan is professional, educated in his field, and easy to work with. He works for you and not the real estate agents. I would not buy a home without him or his inspection team.

I had the pleasure of having Dan and Adam inspect my potential new home today and I was very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. They were there to answer my every question and didn't seem to mind that I tagged along. They allowed me to get into the crawlspace and explain what they were doing as they were doing it. This is my second review using Final Analysis as they provided another home inspection and termite inspection for a different house that my wife and I wanted to purchase. The first inspection had helped us decide not to purchase that first house. Their team this time consisted of just Adam and Zach. Another great, detailed inspection and were there at their same professional punctuality, friendliness, and determination into finding any possible issue in every nook and cranny of the house. Since this was the second time using them, they waived the termite inspection cost. A great plus for my wife and I! After they completed the inspections, they again went over their very detailed findings and answered every question we had with such commitment. Final Analysis really does know their stuff! My wife and I had a conversation about this special company when we left. We had both agreed that when we do find our new "home", that we will still request their services every couple of years just to make sure everything is still intact. They will find and look for problems that may be invisible to the average "Joe". Just because a home inspection is a good idea before you purchase a house, doesn't really mean you shouldn't ever need one again for a good upkeep of your home. I can rant on and on about them in this second review of Final Analysis, but instead, here is a copy and paste from the first inspection dated 2 months ago. 1st review: Final Analysis came out with their team of Dan, Adam, and another gentleman (apologies that I forgot his name). Inspection was at 1pm and I arrived 15 minutes early to find out they were already there; very punctual of them. We introduced ourselves, went into the house, and they went straight to work. They had telescoping ladders, water temperature and flow gauges, thermal heat gauge (FLIR), moisture gauges... and probably even more that I didn't see them use. During the inspection, anything that my wife and I had questions about were answered right away. Not the 'let me look into that' type of answer from an unprofessional. After the inspection, they'd talk to us and would show us areas of concern. Not something that they needed to do, but that's something Final Analysis does as a professional courtesy. And of course, they would tell us the 'red flags' of the home. A quote from the owner, Dan, which left me in awe and in full piece of mind that I chose the right home inspector, "Just because the inspection is done doesn't mean you can't call us for any other questions." Two to 3 hours later, we received a full detailed inspection of the entire house including pictures of those red flag items I have mentioned earlier AND the areas of concern that would be needed for future maintenance. It also would show images of how things should look if the things found in the home weren't up to par. The following day, I did speak with Dan and we had a hefty conversation on the items of my personal concern. He even let me know how much effort and expense would be needed if I were to choose to do some of the tasks on my own. So to fast forward to the 3rd day, which is today, 7/8/2017, I had spoke to my agent from what I told him yesterday on what the seller should offer after seeing the detailed report. I was told that the seller's agent wouldn't oblige to some of the things i wanted changed because in her 30+ years of being an agent, she never saw such a detailed report and was actually repulsed by it. GO FIGURE! I think her 30 years of experience working with an inspector is because she used her own in-house referral to help with her sales. That's my true honest opinion. Oh, and she works with RE/MAX by the way. I ended up signing the release agreement to get out of the contract and that detailed report sure did help me with my decision. So would I recommend Final Analysis? Yes. Would I use them again? Indefinitely!

Mark and Zack from Final Analysis arrived early and began their inspection on the exterior of the house before I arrived, this impressed me as I don't like having to wait for contractors to show up and then they show up late. These guys were already at work 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment. They were very friendly, very knowledgeable of their profession and conducted themselves in a very professional manner. They provided very good photographs of every thing that was needing correction along with recommendations for same. They discovered some problems that I was not aware of and I consider myself pretty educated in home construction and have a working knowledge of most home systems. they also confirmed my thoughts on the conditions of the roof and HVAC and water heater. I feel like they gave me my moneys worth and I would definitely use their services again. I highly recommend this company if you want to know the truth about a house that you are considering buying. They saved me $6,500.00 on the final agreed upon purchase price of this house.

What I needed was peace of mind from an unbiased third party to advise me and provide counsel at a top tier level of expertise with true professionalism. I'm glad I paid attention to the reviews! I contracted Final Analysis Home Inspections to perform a home inspection on the largest purchase of my life. Reuben Autery arrived from their headquarters and outperformed the reviews as he effortlessly tackled the task in a matter of hours! He was professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable. Reuben took the time to take me to the side and explain a few problem areas that he'd found while working. He promised a highly detailed comprehensive report that would address any concerns a homebuyer might have with substantive evidence to support any claim. I was floored when I received the report! Over 50 pages of discrepancies with video, and photographic evidence, then a longevity estimate and current condition report. He could have stopped there, however, he provided a recommended time frame to complete the repairs with a nod towards the sense of urgency, and he brought it all home with a cost estimate! Ultimately, I did not buy that house. Reuben from Final Analysis Home Inspections helped to make aware to all parties involved that there were problems beneath the surface which would require large investments to repair. Obviously not a burden that a home buyer should have to carry from the get go. The detailed report was easily reviewed and simple to use to disseminate the information to the selling agent and sellers. My realtor was gobsmacked by how user friendly the report that Final Analysis Home Inspections uses as their format to convey information. You won't see a fraction of a percent the issues a potential home may have during your walk through. Hire a professional team to handle the real stuff. We are out of state and were unable to attend the home inspection. However, Ruben wrote and incredibly detailed report and was happy to chat with us on the phone and go over all of our questions and concerns. It went FANTASTIC! The report supplied left no stone unturned. We received a professional and comprehensive report on the pre purchase property. Because of the report we are happy moving forward in the home purchase. We will be hiring Final Analysis again in 12 months and continue using the service provided once a year to inspect and notify us if there are any issues that arise with our new home. The inspection and report really should be a yearly thing people do and not just a one time inspection as things can go wrong without detection. We are incredibly happy with this company!

Wonderful experience. Overly thorough so we knew exactly what we were getting in to with our new home. The team of 3 led by Dan was punctual and professional, and combed over every inch of the house! Reuben Autery saved us from a $33,000 nightmare. My wife and I are skilled DIYers thus we know how to frame, plumb, drywall, run electric, set tile and etc., but for our home search we needed a professional home inspection in order to have our interests protected. Let me assure you that Reuben is a consummate professional. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and thoughtful of the needs of his client because he is working for you and only you. Reuben was able to detect a saturated subfloor and framing via a storage closet on the deck. This and other clues pointed out by Reuben lead me to pursue the condo association directly. It was at this point we learned there were three bids to remove & replace the EIFS at a cost of $33,000 per unit and we opted out of the contract. The seller did not disclose. We subsequently had Rueben inspect a second home for us. It was in great shape already and Rueben’s polished inspection report allowed us to clearly communicate our items of concern which were repaired by the owner prior to settlement. Hire Rueben, you can trust him.

What a great job! Reuben changed his schedule and made a long trip just to accommodate us since we were from out of town and had to leave the next day. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and more than willing to explain anything we wanted to discuss about the house. Had all the tech equipment, no guessing, took photographs, documented everything, even the minor items for future reference and observation. He was totally professional, efficient, and after the first few minutes of meeting him, I knew I could just relax and let him do his job. He crawled into places I wouldn't want to, found items that I didn't even know could cause a problem. Explained everything. Would definitely use Final Analysis again - money well spent!

We called Final Analysis for our home inspection a month ago, they were thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and we had an all around amazing experience with them. This home inspection revealed some no-so-good news and we decided to move on. We had a contract on a new place a few days later and called Dan again! Second time around they were just as helpful and amazing as the first. In both instances, we had our home inspection emailed to us within a couple hours and they include amazingly helpful graphics and web links so you can see what the problem is and how it should be done properly. They work in teams off two and won't over schedule so they are not in a rush and both times they spent plenty of time chatting with us afterwards about all of our concerns and gleaning input from their decades of experience. I would recommend them to everyone!

As first time home I felt completely satisfied with the inspection that was done, the report I got and the professionals I was dealing with. Every part of the house was covered and I felt like I got my money worth. Definitely recommend this company for anyone buying a house.

Reuben is a very professional, detail-oriented inspector. As with many other FA reviews, the inspector showed up early and began inspecting the exterior of the building before I even showed up. He looked at the home from top to bottom--literally! Roof top to crawl space and everything in between. He used the proper tools to check moisture levels, performance of heating and A/C, electrical outlets, etc. This was light-years more thorough than my previous experiences with a home inspection. The seller said the same thing. Are they more expensive than the rest? Yes, slightly. But as is always the case, you get what you pay for. And I'd do it again, without hesitation! Well done, Reuben and Final Analysis!!

Awesome! The guys (including owner) were very thorough and organized. They were honest and the final report contained detailed photos with an explanation of items found. The owner even called the following day to see if we had any questions. The gal in the office was also professional, proficient, and friendly! The best that there is. We've used a few before but will not use anybody else but them again. We had two inspectors come out who did a very thorough job.Their inspection report is interactive where you can request repair/replacements on certain items that you want fixed, or all of them and share it with others. They shared access to view with our agent as well to make the whole process seamless. They had a good amount of equipment with them to ensure that everything was covered and I couldn't believe how detailed they went with everything. They outline both good and bad with the hole showing in pictures locations of items such as the water cutoff, etc. so that you could refer back to the report in the future if you needed to know/forgot where something was. My wife and I were very impressed with the entire experience and couldn't have asked for more. Some other highlights: -Showed up on time -Were clean and presentable -Wore protective equipment -Wore boot covers when in the house -Loads of helpful pictures -Took plenty of time to talk to us before, during, and after -Easy payment methods (online, cash, check) -Treated us with respect and explained everything we asked.

This was honestly the best service experienced during our entire home building/buying process. Scheduling the inspection was easy. The Final Analysis office was very responsive when we booked and when we had a few questions the week prior. On inspection day, Dan and his team arrived on time with clean company vehicles and the team members were professional, clean cut, and courteous. They even put on shoe coverings before entering the house without being asked, unlike so many other services we have dealt with over the past year (it's the little things!). The team had all required tools and sensors, which were newer and state-of-the-art. I shadowed them as the inspection progressed and was impressed by the depth and thoroughness of all items they tested, measured, and observed. The team shared knowledge on the spot of what was right, wrong, and what "met code" but was questionable as to the quality, safety, or capacity. The team made sure all of my questions were answered and all concerns were addressed. In addition, they stated that Final Analysis is available ANYTIME in the future if I have more questions or if I want them to look at something again (say if a warranty repair was made). The inspection report was available same day and covered everything, with pictures. I now have a baseline reference on my new home and justification on issues and why they are problems. This will greatly assist in getting my final service requests in with the builder and provide me with possible problem areas to keep under observance as time goes on. In the end, this inspection service was worth every penny paid and I would recommend this to everyone living in a new construction - get an inspection before the warranty ends! I am extremely picky with services (believe in "if you want it done right, do it yourself"), but I would personally recommend them to everyone. No fluff. This experience has saved me thousands in repairs and corrections that would have become my problem in a month (a few of them major, to include a small gas leak (but dangerous nonetheless)).

I unequivocally recommend Final Analysis for home inspections. I scheduled an after-hours home inspection so that I could be present for the inspection. Dan and Adam were punctual and thorough. Overall, the inspection took about an hour and a half. Dan had no problem with me tagging along and asking questions while he inspected things. Both inspectors were very knowledgable and went through everything in the house. When all was said and done, there weren't any major issues with the house. I got a 72 page inspection report, with photographs, detailing the inspection. And they had it to me the same day. 72 pages. I can't imagine the detail you'd get if your home had big issues. Accompanying everything that needed to be corrected was a highlighted paragraph explaining why the correction was necessary. My realtor and I were able to get the sellers to fix everything that was identified as a safety issue at their cost. I have no doubt that the information and analysis in the inspection report helped with that. If I ever buy another home, I'll use Final Analysis for the inspection again.
