Final Analysis Home Inspections

I contacted Dan to do an inspection on a home built in 1958. We spoke on the phone and I developed a good comfort level prior to scheduling the inspection. He was able to accommodate a Saturday inspection and did a thorough job. The inspection revealed more issues than the seller was willing to repair/replace and I was willing to take a chance on. I walked away from the house and feel like it was money well spent.

Overall the experience was excellent. Dan was prompt at returning emails and worked with me to set up a date. He was upfront about his pricing and there were no surprises. On the day he called to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional and I could tell he was looking out for my best interests when performing the inspection. After everything was finished he provided me a link to a website which had my report. It looked very professional and easy to read. He even went above and beyond and added something that I found the next day (during a rainstorm). Even though he wasnt there, the pictures and video I took were enough for him to add it to the report. I would recommend Final Analysis to anyone and everyone.

He was very easy to work with, arrived on schedule and ON TIME! We were advised of some important issues with our HVAC system and given some peace of mind about our new home purchase. so great to work with someone who does what they say they will do. Highly recommended!

Dan actually just left my home. He was absolutely wonderful!! So thorough and answered any and all of my crazy questions. My husband and I bought a new condo and had a heck of a time with the builder. We wanted a home inspection for peace of mind and to double check some of the builders shady practices. Peace of mind is exactly what Dan has given me. There were definitely things wrong and he explained everything including how the builder SHOULD have done it the first time. Overall experience was OUTSTANDING! Dan was a true professional. He answered every one of my crazy questions and he even gave recommendations on how to fix problems, should they arise. Dan was great to do business with and I would use him again. He took the time to explain things to my brother and I. Report was delivered as promised.

He was punctual and very well informed. After he did the walk through (that lasted about 1.5 hours) he did a recap for me to go over any problem areas, and answered me and my families quesitons thoroughly. I would recommend his company to anyone looking for a home inspection, they do the final inspection review online with pictures and explanations of any problem areas.

Overall, an excellent experience. Due to my own scheduling problems, I made an appointment, canceled it, and then rescheduled it for the same time. The communications regarding the cancellation and rescheduling were prompt and responsive. Dan Rogers showed up promptly, explained how he was going to perform the inspection, and began. He was very thorough. He was also very patient with me following him around and asking lots of questions. Even though many of my questions were probably dumb, he was not at all condescending and treated each question as if it were important. At the end of the inspection he explained that I could expect the report that evening. Sure enough, it was delivered electronically to me that night.

I had a home inspection done with Final Analysis. I chose this company solely off of Angie's List recommendations and they did not disappoint! He was thorough and professional and anyone from that company is welcome in my home!

Excellent Service! Dan is an awesome home inspector. He started by showing up on time, giving us a synopsis of what he was going to do, conducting a very thorough inspection of our home from all angles (top to bottom, rooftop, crawl space, interior, and exterior/perimeter), providing a thorough verbal summary of the inspection results, and providing a comprehensive written inspection report with multiple color pictures. We couldn't be more pleased about Dan's service. The other thing worth mentioning is that Dan was very receptive to our questions immediately after the inspection (during his verbal summary). FANTASTIC! I flew in to attend the inspection and to see the house for the first time. Dan was well under way and had gotten all of the model numbers and started the inspection right on time. He was incredibly thorough. When he was finished, he asked to speak to me privately, recognizing that I had paid for the inspection, so I was the one to talk to. Then he asked if I wanted my realtor and the selling realtor to attend before inviting them to join us. He was very honest, thorough and up front about the house. Later the same day I received the most detailed inspection report, with pictures, that I have ever seen....and the ability to forward it to whomever I wanted. I really think the detail that was put into the inspection will help us get the repairs made that we are asking the seller for. I have already recommended him twice and will continue to recommend him, as will my realtor.

Contacted Dan and informed him I found his company through Angie's List. Set up a home inspection over the phone. Dan showed up early to the address and we began as soon as I arrived. After half way through the inspection I realized, based on Dan's findings, that the house in question had to many issues and I stopped the inspection. Dan was very understanding and only charged a "service call" fee. Great! I was able to find a new home and called him on Saturday and he was able to squeeze me in the following Tuesday afternoon. Once again, Dan was on time, and we concluded the inspection in a couple hours. Dan was very patient, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend him for your home inspection needs!

Sometimes it is equally important to say No for the right reasons, than to say Yes for the wrong. Dan helped us in our final decision in saying No to purchasing a home recently. As a military man I liked that he was punctual while accommodating with his schedule. I appreciated his efficient manner and detailed report, including photos, which I received the same day. If you go with Dan your guaranteed peace of mind even if you have to say No to a seller.

From the beginning, Dan was exceptionally responsive via email and telephone. I like that you can arrange services and ask questions via email and Dan responds within the day. It took him approximately 2.5 hours which included about 45 minutes of a verbal report. We were impressed and greatly appreciated that Dan requested to speak to us & our realtor separately from the seller's realtor to allow us the opportunity to ask questions as he explained what was observed during the inspection. Most impressive was receiving the written report within hours of completion in an electronic format. Dan clearly demonstrated a concern and interest in providing an unbiased report with the emphasis on highlighting how the home measured up from a buyer's perspective. His approach was a fine balance of professionalism and candor with a dash of humor. We will undoubtedly recommend him whenever possible.

Dan is a professional - there is no other way to put it! If you want an unbiased opinion of you home have Dan Rogers do the inspection. He is responsive and very prompt. His reports are very detailed! He takes the time to examine the systems and the functions of the home. He takes the time to explain the entire process. He takes the time to explain what he is looking for and why. I feel must better having a home inspection accomplished prior to listing it. I would not hessitate to use him I I were buying a home. I am out of the state so I was unable to attend but he got a very detailed report to me by the end of the day, with plenty of pictures and directions on how to fix some of the problems with the house. He also reassured me that I was buying a well built house (yay!). He took a lot of stress from buying a house when out of the state, I will definitely use him again and refer to friends!

I guess I'll add to the long list of great reports Dan has been getting. He seems like a really nice guy that is in the business of telling people bad news... He showed up on time, described the process, and immediately began. He takes pictures as he goes but does not take notes. I assure you him not taking notes or having a list to check off as he goes around is not a problem. You'll see why when you get the final report. At the end of the inspection he gave a verbal review of what he found. He was very open to questions. Dan was extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. He noticed the vinyl soffit above the front porch was sagging. When he touched it, he noticed it felt like something was laying on top of it. After peeling back the vinyl and looking inside he discovered cinder blocks were stacked on some of the wood framing and had fallen over onto the soffit. A really unbelievalbe discovery (why would anyone do that?), and the home owner was not at all pleased to learn that his family, including kids, had been walking under this hazard for an undetermined amount of time. That's just an example of his eye for detail and thoroughness. No one can find everything, but I think you stand a better chance of discovery with Dan than the average inspection. He currently has an Angie's list coupon, and honored it without question.
