I cannot thank Dan Rogers and his team enough for their fantastic home inspection. They were incredibly professional. They were right on time, even getting there before us. The quality of home inspection we got for the price was far better than any competitor in the area and we are so happy to have found them. They have fantastic reviews online, which is why we hired them, and they certainly lived up to them. My husband is very detail oriented and they caught things that even he missed; we were both incredibly impressed. The home inspection report was provided to us within only a few hours after performing the home inspection. The full inspection report was 40 pages long! It included pictures and even videos of almost everything. They also included things in the report for our own information, which as first time homebuyers, I know will come in handy in the future in terms of understanding how things work. Their report was easy to understand, even for a first time homebuyer like myself. The whole team was also very efficient. Dan showed up with two other employees so the whole home inspection was done within an hour and a half. They worked fast and efficient and we are so impressed by the whole team. Dan also took the time to show us certain things that he found troublesome and also explained how certain things work and what we want to look for in the future. Dan, Chris, and Adam were there before I was, and I was right on time. They had already gotten to work inspecting the crawl space, and inside equipment. They answered all of my questions (of which I'm sure some were quite silly), they patiently explained their findings and recommendations, and they were very courteous. They exceeded my three 'P's of service: Punctuality, Professionalism, Precision. I would recommend them most emphatically. Even my otherwise hard-to-impress real estate agent was impressed with them.

Incredible service and professionalism! Dan and his team provided two comprehensice inspections with high attention to detail. From scheduling to finish, I can't imagine a better customer experience. -Their website provides a useful and easy interface for scheduling, payment, and viewing/downloading an inspection -the inspection itself was thorough and provided metrics such as multiple moisture content readings, smoke tests, gas readings, etc. That exceeded my expectations. The inclusion of ample photos and videos of the inspection painted a vivid picture of the house- very important to me since I was across the country. -Dan went out of his way before a holiday weekend to provide extra assistance on closing day! He also saved me from an unwise home investment due to his team's amazing standards and knowledge of VA code. We have hired Final Analysis, twice within the last three months. This is a company that possesses a high degree of integrity, thoroughness and attention to detail, expertise, guidance and customer care. From start to finish, the inspection process has been excellent. I can not praise this company enough! I definitely recommend these guys! I am in the process of purchasing a house and needed a high quality inspection to be done on my future home. There were three inspectors that arrived on time and performed a 2-hour inspection. They worked as a team dividing the responsibilities and making sure that they covered all the basis. I was shadowing Dan and he answered all the questions I had and made recommendations on maintenance of the vital systems of the house. I am very happy with the service. I received the report the same evening and after reviewing it I had few more questions. The next day I called their office and Dan spent about 30 minutes with me on the phone going over all the items I had questions about. Thank you very much for shared knowledge and your expertise.

Tim, Chris & assistant were professional, approachable and available prior to, during and following the inspection. Extremely we'll informed re. all aspects of home construction and functions & operations of all elements. They were willing to explain and discuss findings in detail & layman's terms as well as options for repairs and improvements. We could not have asked for more expertise and helpfulness. We received a detailed, illustrated report within hours, far more explicit than the 6 home inspection reports I have read previously.

Dan and Adam did my first home inspection and despite how nervous I was they set me at ease. They arrived on time were professional, courteous and thorough. They even removed the snake ball hiding under my well cover. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to my friends.

The house I was buying is a bank owned home which means it is being sold "as is". The bank won't even make repairs required by my lender for me to get a loan. While inspecting the house Final Analysis found termites on the second floor all the way into the attic. From what I understand a termite company does not have to go inside the house if it's on a crawl and doesn't have a garage. If I hired a termite company and they gave me a clear letter I would of been stuck buying the house with thousand of dollars in repairs. I can only imagine the damage that is hidden inside the walls. I was very pleased that Final Analysis offers a termite and moisture inspection as well as their whole house inspection, it was well worth the extra money. The rest of the house was inspected but after finding out about the termites the other things were frivolous. I did not purchase the house and I hope whoever does has a diligent home inspector like Final Analysis Home Inspections.

Everything from first contact to final report was exceptionally profressional. The inspectors showed up on time and thoroughly reviewed all aspects of the home including plumbing, electrical, roof, windows, structural, moisture, termite, safety, HVAC. They explained their initial findings then followed up that day with a very thorough, very useful, very professional report that will greatly assist me in determining what repairs are needed. I highly recommend this firm!

Dan and his team were extremely professional and thorough with their inspection. My wife and I purchased a new home and didn't get an inspection since it was "new." I really wish we had gotten Final Analysis to review the house before purchasing. Though they didn't find anything major (thankfully), they did find some disturbing things for a new home. Dan and his team conducted two home inspections for us, the first inspection found that the entire back corner of the house was rotted along with many other issues and we decided to pass on the house, ultimately saving thousands. The second inspection Dan and his team did went much better but still identified a couple issues which we were able to get some extra money for towards our closing costs. Dan and all members of his team were very professional and very knowledgeable, I asked many random questions about various things in the house and they were able to give me god honest advice / insight into each one. I used Final Analysis Home Inspections for 2 properties. Fortunately, I am glad I hired Final Analysis to do the inspection on the first house I was planning to buy. My wife and I believed that it was a perfect house for our family, if it wasn't for Mr. Dan Rogers and Mr. Adam Comeau we would have been stuck with a ridiculously expensive repair. After seeing the report and the excellent job that Final Analysis performed on the first property, we decided to hire them a 2nd time to perform the inspection, their cost is priceless for what they offer, exceeding all expectations! Mr. Adam Comeau arrived to the appointment early and started inspecting the exterior while we were waiting for our realtor. Again, I felt very confident that Mr. Adam from Final Analysis was not just there to get paid but to look after my interest as the client. He was very knowledgeable and informative, Mr. Adam was able to answer our questions without hesitation, and again, my wife and I felt relieved to know that all the time spent doing our research for an excellent home inspection company like Final Analysis Home Inspections was finally paying off. Our realtor tried telling us that Final Analysis were too expensive and suggested other company but my wife and I believe that we as home buyers have the last say so in the transaction, we decide who we hire and when we want things done not the realtor because at the end, the realtor is just there to help put the transaction together not to call the shots.....

Dan and Adam were ontime and briefly explained process and than started in without delay. They were polite and professional and always willing to expalin things as they inspected to educate us on things they were finding or loking for. At the end they remained and gave ua a quick run-down of thier findings that would be in more detail in final report. They had another appt but made no attempt to push us to sign off on inspection so they could leave. We felt very well treated and welcomed the extra time they took to explain things to us. The inspection was thorough and swift. They covered every inch of the house and property and provided a detailed report. From the initial call, Dan was personable, knowledgeable, and professional, which gave us peace of mind in inspecting our first home. The business provided three inspectors on a Saturday and did all of the hard tasks including inspecting the roof and crawl space. They even shared a suit and mask with my husband so that he could view the crawl space as well. They provided a detailed report that night, and explained it to us immediately, allowing us to ask any questions that we had. They were very much on our side as the buyers. If we don't go through with this home purchase (based on their thorough findings) we will most definitely use their home inspections services again and recommend them to our friends.

I chose Dan to accomplish an inspection two weeks ago for a home we are about to purchase based on 100% positive reviews on Google and Angie's List. The reviews are completely accurate and the experience was very positive. First of all, booking the appointment was very easy. I visited his website where I could look at the schedule online and book an appointment based on both of our availability. I got a phone call and email from Dan within the hour to discuss and confirm the appointment. Dan and Adam showed up on time and went right to work. The entire inspection was unbelievably thorough. We really want to buy this home so we were hoping that everything would check out, but we also wanted to have a full understanding of the property's condition. I walked around with Dan, and he was identifying and observing conditions that I would never even consider. I understand he does this for a living, but I guarantee other inspectors do not employ close to the same level of detail. I say "guarantee" because went on a home inspection when buying my condo several years ago, and that inspector didn't address or even look at a fraction of the items that Dan did. In fact, the seller of this property had an inspection accomplished in order to list the property about a month before Dan came, and offered me that inspector's report as a courtesy. The seller's report identified a leak in a rooftop vent as the only discrepancy or condition worth identifying. Dan's report identified 11 discrepancies and 16 other disclosures. The overall condition of the property was very good, and had been kept up and maintained very well. Dan praised the property in that respect, and he made me a much more informed consumer by identifying noteworthy conditions and providing commentary on them, even if they weren't problems or discrepancies. He has also been available to answer my questions since the inspection. His price was competitive and comparable with others in the area, so for that reason his value is completely unbeatable. I wouldn't use or recommend another home inspector.

Since I am new to Virginia Beach and purchasing a home I wanted to be certain I would be happy with the recommendation, so of course I checked them out on Angies LIst. The reviews answered any questions I had about quality, service and price and after completion of the home inspection I also would highly recommend this company. Dan and Adam arrived on time and wasted no time 'getting down to business'. They were professional, thorough and explained things in terms I could understand. Once all was completed, they did a very thorough verbal report and by evening I had a comprehensive and detailed report available online. This is an excellent, knowledgeable and professional company I would have no hesitation recommending or using again.

Dan and Adam did an excellent job. They were very informative and helpful with any questions or concerns that I had regarding the property and provided an excellent home inspection report with highly detailed photographs and explanations of any current or possible future concerns regarding the home I was purchasing.They were so thorough they even checked out the integrity of the tree house in the back yard per my wife's request to make sure it was safe for my twins to play up there! True professionals.

Everything went well, and Dan was the best inspector of the three that I had used. He thoroughly explained his findings, he gave an accurate estimate of my home's value, and he really seemed to have my best interests at heart. The other two inspectors seemed to be more concerned with my realtor than with me. Furthermore, it was easy communicating with Dan, and he was very professional from start to finish.
