FAIRFIELD FLOWERS

Description of Work: Our family used Fairfield Flowers for years! We used them for all high school dances, Christmas arrangements for Christmas parties each year, birthdays, and everything in between. Each year, my mother sent me flowers to work on my birthday. She would always send a GORGEOUS arrangement that would receive many compliments. However, this particular time, I received these flowers and was completely shocked! The flowers were dying, the arrangement was TINY and looked NOTHING like what she would have picked out. I was so obvious that everyone made comments like "there is no way your mother sent that", etc. I decided to text her a picture of the flowers. She was in complete shock. She said that is not at all what she asked for/ordered. We wouldn't have paid $10 for the flowers that were sent. They were SO small and dying! | |My mother called first and she told me she spoke with the manager and he was rude so she was just going to forget about it. At this point, after all of the comments from others, and finding out they were rude to my mother, who used them for YEARS, I decided I was going to call. | |The manager was the WORST PERSON that I have EVER spoken with in customer service in my life. I have NEVER been so irate speaking with someone. He asked what I wanted him to do about it (in a very rude and snarky tone) and I said "It would be nice to have a refund/credit, anything." (I wouldn't send those flowers to my dog, let alone anyone else.) At this point, he could have kept us as customers (because one mistake isn't the end all) however the attitude that he had....followed by cursing and hanging up on me was completely unacceptable, rude, and disgusting. They have lost my entire family, as well as everyone that I work with, as customers for good. We were singing their praises before, but be warned, if you EVER have a bad experience, be prepared to be treated like scum on the street--no matter how long you have done business with them!

Description of Work: Clerk assisted with order and delivery address, accepted payment and completed computer entry for greeting message.
