Description of Work: My initial contact with Messrs. Mark Salsberry and Mark McConnell, respresentatives from Fabric Factor,and until the final installation of my curtains was a very positive experience. The customer service provided by Fabric Factor staff could serve as a template for other companies to use when providing a service. I sensed I was dealing with knowledgeable and professional individuals. My instincts were on target. Mr. McConnell accompanied Mr. Bob Wood for the installation. They promised the curtains in thirty days and that promise was met. I would use them again without hesitation. How nice it would be if all my home projects could be handled this efficiently. + -1 moreMark helped us pick the perfect color that complimented the porch and furniture. It completely blocks the setting sun but you can still see the yard and river through the shades. They were extremely prompt, reliable, confident in their product and their installer was excellent. I would use them again, or recommend them to anyone wanting a quality product, installation, company, and reliability.
Description of Work: Purchased Hunter Douglas Exterior "see through 95%uv Shades" for my new screen porch. We have a western exposure with magnificent sunsets - but also searing afternoon sun.

+ -1 moreThe man showed up on time and he was very pleasant. We went over everything he was going to do, and we did not have any problems with any of his work. They used very good quality fabric and they custom made the blinds. I was very satisfied with them. They were very fast at putting them up.
