THE DRIVEWAY LOOKS GOOD. IT SHOULE BE A QUARTER/HALF INCH HIGHER WHERE IT MEETS THE GARAGE DOOR. THEY ALSO LEFT DEEP HOLES WERE THEY POLLEDED THE FRAMING ALONG THE DRIVEWAY. SAID THEY WOULD COMEBACK AND CORRECT IT. I AM STILL WAITING

The bid was a few hundred more than another, but we were impressed with the construction plan and they delivered. Good quality work and a full crew made for a nice job.

Justin and company started by removing the old driveway and sidewalk in the morning, built all the forms, laid crush & run, poured and finished the concrete, all within 10 hours. Jonathan came out the next morning and made all the expansion cuts, removed the forms, replaced the sod, and the job was finished ! The coordination and teamwork they displayed was amazing. I would recommend them to anyone !

Justin Erbe and his crew did an outstanding job with our stamped concrete patio. They exceeded our expectations and was pleased with their attention to detail and workmanship. Outstanding work. Good price. Justin came with 3 crew members and didn't waste valuable time getting the job done efficiently and thoroughly explained any questions we had . Removed the old driveway and sidewalk, laid crushed rock for a solid base. Came back a few days after rain and poured the sideway and driveway with no waste of time. Looks outstanding and many favorable comments from the neighbors. Customer service was outstanding, crew members attitude and work habits were outstanding. Great example of how all companies should be on a job site. OUTSTANDING!!

Great job, reasonable price, and easy to work with. The contract was sent by email, we had several discussions by phone, and when the start date was set the crew started on time. The old driveway and walkway was removed the first day with the expanded driveway and walkway prepared for the concrete. On the second day the concrete was poured and finished. All done! The crew was courteous and tidied up after themselves and Justin gave us instructions about when we could use the driveway. Highly recommend this company. Just remember the weather always factors in to when the work can be done.

Kept me informed about when project would be completed - showed up on date/time promised. Kept job site very clean throughout the project.

There were a group of homeowners/friends/family on our Cul-De-Sac that were interested in getting cement work completed. Some needed a new driveway, others needed a new patio and others just wanted to expand their existing driveway. I took the lead on this as my project was the largest by far, New and wider driveway, back patio and new front porch and sidewalks, and went out and received three quotes for the work each family wanted to do. We all sit down and hashed out the three bids and ended up selecting Experience Concrete Designs to do the work. Based on the amount of work that was to be accomplished Justin had given us a very considerable discount. When three of the projects fell through and only my daughter and I had signed contracts, Justin still honored the quotes that he had given us. My wife and I are glad that we found this company. They came in and walked around our property with us and listened to our idea of what we wanted done with our concrete projects at our home. Based on our inputs we sat down and discussed what we wanted the final project to look like. Justin took in all of our wants and made suggestions on what he thought would benefit us down the road based on mine and my wife’s disabilities. We moved forward not really knowing what the final project would look like, but we put our trust into Justin’s hands based on the research that we had conducted and recommendations from others. As things got started with were able to see Justin’s vision along with our wants and needs. He went above and beyond all of our expectations. He removed and added things that we had not discussed based on what he knew of our personalities and expectations. Wow is all that we can say on the final outcome. Of the additional things and issues that he encounter along the way, never did he ask for additional funds from us. He and his crew just made it happen. Justin has also came back and treated one of the three that dropped out on the initial projects and now has a contract in place with her to replace her existing driveway and to explain it to a two car driveway. He not only honored the original quote he gave her a considerable discount for the additional work. We are so happy with this that we are going to be working with Justin again in the near future to get some paver stone work done in the back of our property. If you want a great job and product for a reasonable cost, I suggest that you call on Justin and his employees at Experience Concrete Designs.

Company worked around other projects I had in play. Fast and efficient. Workers were professional and courteous.

Justin and his crew did an excellent job of adding an extension to our driveway and putting in a sidewalk. He recognized that additional work was needed on the driveway and brought his recommendation to me along with an estimate of cost. Seeing our situation (husband disabled), they expedited our project which was very much appreciated.

Justin was quite professional in giving a bid for costs of the project. His crew showed up at the time he said they would. They did an excellent job in the time frame they said they would do it and cleaned up after the project was finished. Justin is not a high pressure salesman, but knowledgeable about his craft. I invite anyone to come by and see his work first had. Our neighbors were very impressed with his work and one neighbor asked for his phone number to get a bid.

We had to do the project in three phases based on his contractors license being a Class C. Phase one was the tear out and removal of the existing driveway, phases 2 and 3 were pouring the new drive. All work was done very professionally and looks really good. He is a small shop and is very hands on, and is sometimes hard to reach if he is working on a job site, but called back the same day or the next. I did get several other quotes, but his bid was $1,600 less expensive than the other quotes I received.

Justin provided a very competitive estimate on our very large job. He and his crew were friendly, professional and talented in providing a stamped concrete driveway along with stamped concrete walkways in the front and back of our home. Let me start out by saying that Justin Erbe was the first person I spoke with regarding our driveway & wanted to go with him at that time. For my own peace of mind, I got 3 other estimates but came back to him after all. We have a large and curved driveway and we were naturally anxious. I was very impressed with the promptness of returned phone calls, texts, and him coming to talk whenever we needed him to be there. We received instant emails with the job estimate, contract, and final receipt at the end. His team was efficient & courteous and cleaned up the yard -- even washed down my fence when the job was done. EXCELLENT WORK! I would recommend Justin Erbe and Experience Concrete Design to anyone without hesitation.

Experience Concrete Design updated a 1956 Cape Cod style home by adding a new wider driveway and a Side and Back patio area with a French drain. Trust, Reliable, and Efficient are words to describe our experience with this great company!

I hired this company a few months ago after reading all the reviews from here and I must say that I am very disappointed! Justin came out and met with me and gave me a quote of $2200 to install an extended driveway and dog run. I thought the price was excellent so I hired them. Prior to getting the work done, we had to reschedule a few times due to weather, and Justin does not respond back to you right away. Sometimes it was a day or two before he responded back. The day of installation, he and his crew just showed up and started work without notifying me when I expressed to him several times that I wanted to be present. Once we discussed what was going to be done, they continued their work. He uses a bobcat with tracks to push the dirt out. The tracks destroyed my backyard after consenting to leave the dirt behind, which I regret doing! Now I have to reseed and get the backyard back to normal thanks to all the ruts he created! The crew seemed like experienced guys except for one guy who clearly was not. After the job was about finished, I gave Justin his check of $2200, and he returned to tell me that I still owed him another $350 for the dog run, which was supposed to be included in the original price quote he gave. He had the price scribbled on a yellow notebook pad! He then asks me if he emailed the quote to me, which he obviously did not!! Learn from my mistake and get his quote in writing!! The third day, they came to get their equipment and left an atrocious mess! There was mud and large concrete chunks left in my neighbors yard, driveway, and street! They DO NOT CLEAN UP at all! They even used my hose and water to clean their equipment off without my consent and did it in my yard, which left residue of concrete in my yard! Who the fk does that! No respect at all for your property! The following morning, at 0500, the guy showed up blaring his music as he came to get the 2x4 frames and bobcat. They have no respect at all for you or your neighbors who are sleeping! As for quality: my driveway has these spaces and cracks along the sides/edge where they didn't use enough concrete to fill these areas up. So there is a higher potential for future cracks in those delicate areas along the edge. They also attempted to create a ramp that leads to the back yard which looks very amateur. I could have probably done a better job then that with no experience! The dog run/pad they made is not even leveled. I get a large puddle towards the front every time it rains or gets wet. I had several buddies and family members that were ready to use this company, but after my experience, I have told them to look elsewhere. I can not recommend this company to anyone, because of their lack of quality service, lack of respect to your property and neighbors, they don't stay true to their quotes, and the clean up is just a headache!! Do yourself a favor and keep looking!

Justin and his crew did a great job and were very professional. They showed up on time and worked hard to get the job done. Justin worked with us and made good suggestions to improve the project. I immediately recommended him to my neighbors and would not hesitate to use his services again. Very fair price for his services as well.

Justin is very knowlegable and his crew did a good job in removing the old concrete and filling with new. There were however a few issues, two of which I consider to be very important: 1) Justin is hard to get hold of and is slow to respond to email and voice messages, also there was a lack of instruction on what should be done after installation i.e. when you can walk/park on the driveway, should the surface be watered, how much and how long, etc.: 2) clean up was very unprofessional, we spent hours picking up concrete pieces in our yard, rail posts that were attached to the old concrete by our front steps were not replaced during installation and Justin didn't consider it part of the job which he certainly had seen during his initial visit and I was told would not be a problem to reinstall. I would strongly advise that if you choose Experience make sure that everything is written into the contract. All said, the driveway looks great and I'm sure we will be able to fix the landscaping around the driveway and reinstall the posts.

Justin was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. We had an idea of what we wanted but didn't quite know exactly. Justin took the time to walk us through multiple options to maximize our budget. He and his team worked quick while ensuring a quality product. I'm very happy with the final product and would pick him again for future projects.

Justin listens to what you want. He is professional and knowledgeable. Reasonably priced. I would recommend to friends and family.

I was concerned about getting a new driveway due to the costs, but Justin and his company Experience Concrete, gave me a good price and did a wonderful job. My house curb appeal has greatly improved. Justin and his crew did an excellent job of installing a driveway that took into consideration water run-off and drainage. An important factor to consider in York county. I would and have recommended Experience Concrete to friends and colleagues.
