Et electric

After an initial estimate for upgrading my home electric to 200 amp service, I had difficulty getting getting anything done with this company. I was working with Richard from this company. He told me I needed to first contact Dominion power company to set up the service switch. After going back and forth between ET electric and Dominion Power I finally figured out the process. I pursued to have the work done by Richard. He did not answer my emails or my phone calls. At one point after his secretary answered the phone I could hear him frustratedly yell in the background and quot;tell him I'll call him back!and quot;, he never did. After a few weeks of these charades I found another electrician. My new electrician took care of all communication with Dominion and told me I never should have been told to do that. He also gave me a higher estimate and suggested Richard did not want to do the work because he low balled his estimate. In my experience, ET electric is very unprofessional, possibly incompetent in the knowledge of their field and overall a waste of my time. I do not recommend them.

The company showed up on time for appointment even though it was an extremely hot day to be in the attic. They finished work within a few hours, charged me exactly what was quoted and did a fantastic job. Must say the garage switch was an excellent idea!
