Description of Work: We had a problem with the back flow preventer leaking that was connected to the well pump. Mr. Kelso came the day when I called with the problem when two other plumbers could not. We set up an appointment today and he is here today to remove the preventer and disconnect the pump to the well.

+ -1 moreOn 6/22/15, I called Elite Plumbing Solutions (285-7043) and explained that my washing machine spin cycle was dumping into my kitchen sink. The kitchen sink emptied within a few minutes, but I wanted to have the washer work properly. Dale listened and gave me instructions which he believed would solve my problem. I followed those instructions and it worked like a dream. I did another load of wash today (6/23/15) and everything worked without a problem. Kudos to Dale at Elite Plumbing Solutions !!
Description of Work: Dale advised me over the phone how to fix the problem without a service call.

+ -1 moreThis is the second time I have used Dale Kelso and in both cases he was responsive, prompt, professional and very fair in price. This time he came out and discovered the leak under my sink was due to a crack in the hose. A replacement hose was ordered - in the meantime he showed me how I could use the sink for the time being so that it wouldn't leak. As soon as the part came in he contacted me and set up a time to do the install the next day. The part itself was $75 of the $175 I paid him. He provided me the invoice from the supply company so that I would know the portion of his fee which included parts. I strongly recommend Dale.

Description of Work: Work was performed by Dale. Installed an ice-maker line. This required adding a valve, routing the tubing through the cabinets, around a corner, behind a stove, to the fridge. Dale did an excellent job. He used copper instead of plastic, and i am glad he did. We all know copper will last a long time, especially behind a stove. Dale carefully drilled the mininum number of holes, well out of sight. He vacuumed the debris when he was done. Price was reasonable for the work done. Dale arrived on time, had a professional appearance, and an excellent demeanor. Highly recommend him and will use his services again. His phone nimber is now in speed-dial.
