Mike was prompt, professional, and friendly as was his co-worker. Was able to accommodate my same day work request. Showed up at the time he promised to come. Reviewed all my options to help me make the best choice for me Work was very high quality Cost was what was quoted and was slightly below other prices I received from other contractors. Even told me of a problem he saw on my roof when he was up there fixing the water heater vent! Left area clean when finished. Exceeded my expectations.

The story is described above. I would say overall, it couldn't have been better other than not having to have it done in the 1st place.

When I heard the sound of water running UNDER our house, I crawled under the house - no mean feat for a chubby sixty year old gal - to discover a stream of hot (!) water running out of a pipe coming from the laundry room floor. I dashed back into the house to discover that, yes, the water heater had blown. The first time this happened, ten years ago, on Christmas Day, it flooded the downstairs. Eastern Plumbing Services came out and replaced the heater - also installing a larger drain pan and checking the overflow drain pipe to make sure that the flood would not happen again. This time, with the system they installed ten years ao (which has never had a moment's problem), there was NO flooding - the drainage worked like a charm. Despite it being late on a Friday, Arvin Moore drove out to Blackwater with a new heater and did the entire installation. The work was fast, clean and efficient. Absolutely NO mess. Given our history with this company, we feel confident that we have another decade of reliable hot water to look forward to. PS - These guys have also been stellar at taking care of our elderly mother - regardless of when she calls them or what her plumbing problem is. We trust them completely. Small firm, great work.
