Description of Work: I used East Coast Plumbing. I got a new water heater and he fixed up a couple of other minor things plumbing-wise.

+ -1 moreAs I stated above, the service person did not address all issues, even though they were pointed out clearly to him twice. I said I would use them again earlier, but I am actually quite iffy about that.
Description of Work: We had a leak from our washing machine. The service person advised that it needed a new seal. He went to get one and came back and replaced it. That has been fine. However, I did point out to him at least twice, I believe three times, that the detergent dispenser was filling up with water and had to be emptied after each load. He made some kind of general remark about it first, but gave no clear explanation. The second time I said something needed to be done about that, but he did not correct that nor give me any reason why not. SO we do not have a leaking machine, but we STILL have to empty that drawer of water after each use.

+ -1 moreRalph Hutchins and his staff were very professional. Ralph gave me a quote promptly and explained/answered all my questions. His guidance saved me several thousand dollars. They were quick to schedule the work and prepared when they showed up. Tony worked efficiently and was also helpful answering my questions.
Description of Work: Replaced a Hot water heater and several misc maintenance tasks.

Description of Work: Ralph installed all the necessary fixtures when I remodeled 2 bathrooms. he also repaired my Kohler faucet in the kitchen. He installed a circulating pump in our master bath. You can also reach him via email and his response time is usually within an hour.
