On 7/20/2013 I contracted E&H mechanical services to install a Mitsubishi split AC/heat unit in a room of our house. During installation the installer checked the functionality of the AC, and said the unit was installed properly. Per the agreement of the contract, E&Hmechanical provides a 21 year warranty on all instillations. This winter (on /around November or December) I tried to turn on the heater portion of the unit. It did not work. I called the installer and asked him to come out and check proper instillation of unit. Prior to this I sent him pictures of my unit?s model number/serial number, photos of the remote control, and excerpts from the instruction manual. Once the contractor finally agreed to come to the house, he insisted this had to be on a weekend. For over 3 months E&Hmechanical stood me up. He would promise dates and times that he or one of his crew would visit only to stand me up. On one occasion he went so far as to say his son hid/lost the keys to his truck and he was unable to make it to my house/ . I have tried all matters of conflict resolution and I have only been stood up
