Description of Work: I had them do a whole house plumbing inspection. They found a leak from a faucet as well as a leak from a pipe under a bathroom sink which I had not noticed. They repaired both. Also, they installed a water hammer on a line from my water heater as well as flushed the water heater. They were efficient and polite.

Description of Work: Dynamic Plumbing was recommended by another company that didn't have time to do the follow-up work on gas fireplace after their first visit. Ray was professional, neat, friendly. After the fireplace repair, he checked two gas furnaces and hot water heater to make sure everything was working properly. Impressed. Would use again.

 + -1 moreI bought a high-end 2 drawer dishwasher from Sears Outlet and didn't realize it wasn't a standard install. The guy who installed the washing machine said he would install it but had to have a part (which I ordered). However, I could never get him to call me back. Joe said he wasn't surprised - this brand of dishwasher wasn't an easy job. Joe was referred by a friend who said the job "wasn't cheap, but was done right." That's exactly my experience. Joe spent 4.5 hours wrestling the beast. He did a great job and made sure the hoses were supported correctly, the moisture tape was installed and that the electrical wiring was up to code. The diswasher is whisper-quiet and I am very happy with the job. The $380 was higher than the other guy's price, but a little extra money is a small price for the confidence that the job was done right.

 + 0 moreRay came out the same day that I called him and surveyed the job and discussed my requirements. He provided me two solutions with quotes a couple days later. I felt very comfortable dealing with Ray. We executed the agreement and the work was done on time and correctly. He worked his schedule to get it installed before the end of the year so I could get the Energy Tax Credit for this year. I would definately recommend them as I will be using them in the future.

 + 0 morePlumber was found on line, and after checking into other sources I called. The company then took the time as per agreement to review my situation, make recommendations, give written estimate. After agreement was reached my job was put on a date, and time. From that point on everything went according to plan. From my point of view I would rather work with a self employed person that knows his profession, and is the one to be responsible from start to finish. I have to say that "Old School Pride and Professional " is a dying way of doing business. What a shame.
Description of Work: Removed old water heater and replaced with tank less system. Hauled away old tank, cleaned up, then looked at two outside faucets at my request and repaired same. This plumber is still on top of my list for any future services.

 + 0 moreI was advised during my home inspection to replace the HW heater. I purchased the 50 gal electric hot water heater from Lowe's and Dynamic was the assigned installation contractor. The entire job cost just over $600. I had another quote for $1000 from another plummer. Johnathan, from Dynamic, called me as promised by Lowes and he arrived when he said he would. He was polite and professional and the job was cleaned up and completed in about 2 hours.
Description of Work: Dynamic replaced my electric water heater. I purchased the unit from Lowe's and dynamic was the contractor assigned.

 + 0 moreThey did locate a 2007 model 74 gallon water heater appropriate for our situation and arranged to install it on Christmas Eve when my husband and I would be home from work. One member of the three-man crew arrived slightly ahead of schedule to start draining our old water heater. They were very careful and neat, and the job was completed in much less than the 4 hours they suggested it would take. I should note that we live on the third floor of a condo complex, and the water heater is located on the upper level of our unit in a storage room that has a miniature door. It was not a simple installation, and they seemed to do it with ease, and for $600.00 less than the company who installed the original faulty one.
Description of Work: We moved into our condo in 2005. A 74 gallon water heater with a 5-year warranty was installed in 2003. The water heater that was installed was a 1996 model, and the dip tube in it was degrading. We were getting deposits of plastic in all of our faucets. The company who originally installed the water heater wanted to charge us $2400.00 to have it replaced, so we went to Lowe's in search of a new water heater and a company to install it. We selected a smaller water heater and arranged for the installation. On installation day, the plumber informed us that the water heater we selected would not be appropriate and that we would need to go with another 74 gallon model. He explained his rationale thoroughly and phoned his boss to see if they could locate an appropriate model. Immediately, our account was credited for the full amount we had paid for the water heater at Lowe's.
