home inspection
+ -1 moreWhen the inspection was complete, he went over the report with me and explained any questions I had. I was given a report to keep along with the digital pictures. I had a very good experience with Dynamic Home Inspection.
Description of Work: First of all the inspector showed up on time. He explained to me the process of the inspection. First he inspected the exterior, from the roof to the deck, steps, and patio. Then he checked out the garage where the hot water heater, electric panel, and the heating/cooling system was located. Then he came inside and throughly checked each room using a list (that he also provided me). From here he went into the attic where he asked if I wanted to look and see the area. Which had not occurred for me to do in awhile. Lastly he went into the crawl space and took pictures with his digital camera and was able to show me pictures.
