Great plumber, fully recommend. A previous plumber I had assigned to me through a Home Warranty program mis-diagnosed the problem 4 times. Finally I hired my own and he was able to give me legitimate information.

Arrived on time, very professional great Service ...had a quote from another company and Don's was about half the price.............. will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Came as promised. Quickly and professionally installed the owner-provided equipment without fuss. System returned to full normal operation.

Very courteous, very professional. He did great work, and noticed that our ourdoor waterpump pipe was burst (due to freeze in February). Glad we found out before we needed to use the pump! This is second time we've used Don's. Will definitely use again.

Don arrived on time and installed a new faucet in the upstairs bathroom sink (old faucet was leaking). I had purchased a new faucet prior to his visit as I suspected I needed a new one. He also installed a new shower head in the bathtub. While here, I had him evaluate a water pressure issue upstairs. He told me what he thought was required to resolve the issue (new pipes from top to bottom) and an estimated price. Don was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable and cleaned up after completing the work. I would definitely use Don's Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

Don called to let me know he was enroute and arrived right at 9:00 am. Impressive since he was traveling from Virginia Beach to Yorktown. He quickly accessed the damage and went right to work. I was taking advantage of an Angie's List deal for 1 hour of plumbing services for $95. He would have easily finished within the hour, but unfortunately I had more than one leak causing him to have to go to a nearby plumbing store to pick up additional materials. In any case, I was pleased with his work and would call on him again if I require plumbing services.

I'm so glad I looked on Angies list. This young man was a JOY. Professional Polite and knew what had to be done to get things fixed. Don was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional, punctual and accommodating with his schedule to come within the day of speaking to him. If you need a reliable plumber, please do not hesitate to give him a call. Highly recommended!!

I called Don on 5/8/15 with concerns of pipe that was leaking into my master bathroom ceiling. I left a message that promptly returned and stated that he would be available on 5/9/15 in the afternoon. On 5/9/15 Don called me to ensure that I still needed his assistance, and stated that he would be at my house in 45 minutes. Upon his arrival, that was punctual, I showed Don my issue I was having and explained all the details. Don and the other gentleman that was with him got right to work. They had to tear down my ceiling to find the pipe that was the problem. Once they did, they replaced the pipe in no time at all. They then cleaned up the mess from everything. Don and his coworker were at my house for about a total of 1-1.5 hours and he only charged me $200. On a Saturday none the less. Don was very polite, showed me exactly what the problem was, and gave me the old pipe to keep in case it is needed by my home owners insurance company when they come to fix the rest of the issue. I will be more than happy to call Don's Plumbing in the future if I ever need a plumber. I will also be glad to hand his name and number out to every single person I know that needs or may need a plumber. Thank you so much for everything!!!!

Showed up and found out he had guessed wrong on the parts that were needed so he promptly went to the store and got the correct valves and was finished within the two hours service package we purchased. Because it went smooth and quick he didn't charge us for the parts.

He went to a tenant house to fix a leaky and rest a toilet. The tenant said it all worked well.

On Friday morning, I discovered that the toilet was blocked and that the shower was blocked. The main line was blocked. I was without the use of a toilet or shower. I called Don. He came to my house within hours. He came when he said that he would. He had to climb up onto my roof in order to snake the pipes. He performed the job quickly and professionally. In short, he came to my home on an emergency basis. He performed the service quickly and professionally. He was very courteous and professional. I have used Don in the past, and I'd never use another plumber. He is the greatest.

Don, arrived ready to work. He was very congenial and professional. He found the problem that was causing the leak in our kitchen sink and repaired it in a highly professional manner. The garbage disposal in the other kitchen sink was locked up and would not run, Don worked his magic and fixed the problem with ease. Don has also provided us with and estimate on another project and will be returning to take care of the problem in the very near future. I would highly recommend Don as he is an experienced and profession plumber.

It went great. It was the second time I’ve used him and he did an excellent job.

It turned out very well. It was exceptional. He stayed the entire two hours and he went over and picked up some supplies he needed from Home Depot and charged me for the supplies. But he did an outstanding job. I was very pleased. I had no problem with scheduling, no problem with anything. Basically there were about four faucets. He also talked with me about the other ones. One we had to move a refrigerator to get back to it and completely replaced it. So I consider the job very well worth it.

We called Don yesterday because we had discovered a slow leak under our sink in the kitchen. We spent what seemed like hours looking for where the leak was coming from, but could not determine its origin. Don told us yesterday that he would come to us between 11 and 12 today. True to his word, as he always is, he arrived when he said he would. He thoroughly inspected the pipes under our sink, did various diagnostics, found the leak, and repaired it. Great job, great price, speedy and reliable service. Don is a consummate professional. We wouldn't use anyone else.

I had a question about what ended up being frozen pipes, and the service provider answered my questions over the phone and was extremely friendly and professional. Turns out that I didn't need his services this time, but he will be the FIRST person I call the next time I do need a plumber. Thanks for being so nice!

We have two toilets in our home. One in my bedroom; the other in my wife's bedroom. The toilet in my bedroom had been overfilling, and underfilling. I tried to repair it myself, and only succeeded in making everything worse. In fact, when I was through with my attempted "repair," the toilet was not usable. I called Don on Monday afternoon (Feb. 16), and asked for his assistance. I explained that I was scheduled for surgery on Wednesday, Feb. 18, and that I'd appreciate if he could repair my toilet before I returned home on the 19th. Don said that he'd come to my home on Tuesday (Feb.17). It snowed overnight, and when I awoke on Tuesday morning (Feb. 17). there was over 2 inches of snow on the street, compounded by ice. Various government offices were closed. Even the cabs weren't running. But Don was. He arrived when he said that he would. As always, he was courteous, efficient, and fixed the problem. He charged me $95. A great deal. This is the second time that I have used Don's Plumbing. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Donald provided outstanding service. Showed up on time and resolved the issues quickly. He also shared some knowledge two other questions I had. I found him to be very trustworthy, in that I did not feel he was trying to get me to purchase additional services. The job I hired him for was relatively minor and was an attempt to test out his services. Even though it was minor he did not treat the job any less serious. I will certainly use him again, when needed.
