It went very well. He came on a Saturday, was prompt, addressed the leak concerns, took his time answering all my questions and gave me helpful information.

I got Don's number from a friend who had used his services previously and was very pleased with his work. I called him to come to my mother-in-law's home to assess and repair two leaks she had with the toilet and sink in the bathroom. He was prompt and professional. He charged us $500 to purchase and install both a new toilet and a sink fixture. I felt his pricing was very reasonable and he was very easy to work with. A month later we had a leak around our kitchen sink and he came to inspect and repair it for us at a cost of $95 ~ again, a very reasonable price. It is nice to know that you have a company that you can count on to provide quality service at a reasonable price ~ we will definitely continue to use Don for all our plumbing needs.

Don came to the house to give me an estimate. Came back as scheduled with all the supplies needed. He was very compassionate and concerned that I had all my plumbing problems resolved. We have had a very difficult 2013 with my husband's health issues. Don was a ray of sunshine during this rough time. I trust him to give me his honest opinion. He worked so hard the day he was here!! I can not put into words how much I appreciate him.

A terrific experience. Don arrived with all materials, including the replacement toilets, in his van: he had ascertained, during our initial phone call, what type units were originally installed to ensure he obtained suitable replacement units. He thoroughly surveyed the original installations before starting work. Upon completing the installation of both units, he demonstrated they were fully functional and explained the increased efficiency of the new units. Very courteous, and left no mess behind. Don's Plumbing Repair Service will be my first choice for future plumbing repairs.

Desperate to find out why water was leaking from my garage ceiling, late one night in January I called Don's company. I obtained his number from a neighbor who had never used his services before. She in turn had received his number from a friend of hers who left it with her in the event that she needed a plumber. He came over that night, quickly assessed the situation, immediately determined where the leak was coming from, cogently explained to me that mice had chewed the insulation and why, then efficiently repaired the leak by replacing a portion of the pipes. The leak was in an awkward spot, placing him precariously close to the garage door which had to be opened periodically to allow sufficient light to come into the work area. But he was determined to complete the work and did, despite the discomfort. What impressed me most was his intelligence and thoroughness. The very reasonable price was also impressive. There was no doubt in my mind regarding whom I would call when I noticed a leak coming from the washing machine hose area at my mother's home a month later. Don replaced part of the pipes under my mother's home which had been there since the 60's-stopping the blockage and the backup. I didn't envy his journey into the crawl space under the house to fix the problem. Again, his intelligence when analyzing the situation and his briefing regarding the various methods he could utilize in order to resolve the problem were impressive. I know that I have finally found the plumber whom I can rely upon. I also know that I no longer have to worry about being charged exorbitant prices for quality work or being talked down to because of my gender.
