Don's Plumbing Repair and Drain services

That turned out great. They were excellent all the way around. They had to repair 3 faucets. It took them about 2 hours. They did a thorough job. I would definitely them to others.

Don took care of this problem in an efficient manner. When he left the drain was flowing well and there was no backup. I found him to be prompt, courteous, and capable. I plan to use him to do my future plumbing.

Don arrived on time at our Newport News address, went right to work, and got the job done beautifully. We'd definitely use his services again.

We had some trouble connecting initially, he said he was swamped from the Angie's list deals. Once we set a date all went smoothly.

Arrived on time , very courteous , job could not be performed because of access. Offered to cut out with chisel , But I declined because Of fear to damage granite.

Don was very thorough and made repairs as requested. One toilet needed a new syphon and the other required repair of piping.

These guys were very nice and professional. They explained everything, apologized for having to go back out to a hardware store (twice) to get the proper fittings, and assured me the extra time wouldn't be on the bill. (It wasn't.) Very good job. Will likely call on them again.

Don came when he said he would,. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly. However he wasn't at my home for two hours like the deal stated and his second visit will not be covered.

It was fine. We want to recommend them and we were satisfied with the work. They were very good and I am very pleased with them.

I called about a plumbing back up and gurgling in the pipes. I left a message and Don called back within an hour. We scheduled for the following morning. He came by on time, listened to my description and knew what the problem was. Don then cleared the roots from my sewage line. He was in and out in under 2 hours. Problem fixed! I used a coupon from angle's list. Don also showed me some tips to save on my water bill. I will definitely call Don next time I need a plumber.

First off communication with Donald was excellent, he let me know when he would arrive and the time frame. He was upfront on the costs for each situation I told him about and any additional time needed to complete the work. He came in assessed each issue and got to work. I had no problems with his pricing or work. He was very customer service oriented and appreciative of my business.

It was very good. There were additional charges beyond the big deal amount as there was some additional stuff that had to be done. I had a good experience with him. He was on time. He had to order a special part for the work that needed to be done. He went down and picked that part up. Of course, I had to pay for it which was the additional cost. He brought it back and did what he needed to do. It was just one guy and that was Don. I had a couple of other people come in and they gave me estimates that were outrageous and told me that I had to tear down my entire surround wall and my tub in order to repair what needed to be repaired. He came in and said I needed to have a part replaced. It cost a couple of hundred dollars, it wasn't like $2000. He gave me a fair price for the work that needed to be done. I would recommend them.

Don did a great job in a timely manner, was very professional, and we will be calling him to fix the other sinks that need the same repairs. Thanks, Don!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It was very good and very nice. He ended up coming back for another part because we had him look at a couple of things so we paid additional. He came back for a kitchen backup. He has been here a few times for different plumbing things. He was a very nice and very friendly gentleman.

Don was able to fix the faucet very quickly and at a minimum cost. He did have to go and purchase a part for the repair and only charged us for the cost of the part. He was very professional and also very willing to work around my hectic and unpredictable schedule. His flexibility was a great plus. We would not hesitate to use his services again.

Repaired a leaking kitchen pipe and a broken toilet. Don was great and I could not recommend him more highly. Very professional.

Replaced a stall shower valve with limited access.

I required to have two toilets replaced and a third repaired. Don's Plumbing did an outstanding and professional job. I would use his services again and would recommend him to others.

Don's the man. He replaced a fallen apart kitchen faucet, replacing the drain basket at the same time, and did it remarkably fast. The next day I had to tighten it a tad to stop a drip leak, but it was no big deal. Then he tried replacing my bathroom faucet, which I could not even take off. He took it off with no problem and replaced the faucet, only to find that the new faucet that I had bought was defective. I later put in another new one myself, but if not for Don, I could not have done it. He did the work in half the time that I expected, did it cleanly, and handled the whole job professionally. If I had to call a plumber again, Don would be the man.

Discovered unknown complications upon opening the wall and resolved the problems. Did an excellent job.
