It was $100 for one person for four hours of cleaning. Their specialty is detail work, but I don't always use them for detailed work. Sometimes I just want them to hit every room. I pick the things I want them to do, but they are especially good at detail and grout cleaning. They are very good at deep cleaning, but they also can do the lickity split. It is so cheap because it is $100 for four hours. The price is amazing. The only area is that you have to provide all the products. Everything -- the vacuum, broom, mop and rags. For the price that does not bother me.

Compared to the other company I have used in the past, they do a really great job. They are always able to accommodate my schedule, including weekends, and are very detailed. They are so upbeat and pleasant to work with. They have great prices, are very ethical, and they are very detail-oriented. Just be aware that the customer must provide vacumm and cleaning supplies unless it is a move out service.

Excellent quality cleaning service. The worker was on time, pleasant and efficient. She has some cleaning products with her and she used my vacuum and steam cleaner for floors. She got straight to work and finished all the floors as well as two bathrooms in the four hours I had paid for. I had a coupon for an introductory rate, but I was pleased enough to schedule this service monthly. I've tried a number of housecleaning services and this one was the best so far.

We had been looking for a new housecleaning/maid service after firing our previous cleaning company (Molly Maid) when I ran across a WTKR deal of the week featuring Domestic Divas. The "deal" was 4 hours of service for $50.00 ($100.00 value). We purchased the deal and then contacted the company to schedule a time for them to come clean our home. We explained that we were looking for a long-term cleaning service and that we would like to apply the "deal" to the initial cleaning. We had to call the owner named Heather multiple times before we could get in contact with her. When I say multiple times, we had to leave at least 4 voicemail messages before we got a call back from her Ohio cell phone. She then explained that she also owned and operated a cleaning company in Ohio. Upon speaking to her she explained that the company was extremely overwhelmed but he response they received from advertising the deal. We understood and decided to give the company a try (especially because we already purchased the "deal"). Upon scheduling a date, she could not provide a time. She gave us a time frame for which they showed up over an hour late. Heather also would no longer answer her phone, she only text messaged us and would not return our phone calls. The team showed up in regular clothes (no uniforms?), without a mop or broom (we have hardwood floors and they acted like it was an inconvenience), and the team said that they didn't have time to get to the upstairs and that we would have to call back to reschedule another time. I would have understood that they didn't have enough time but they should understand that it is so hard to get in touch with them that it already took 2 weeks to get them there in the first place. They didn't do the floors, they didn't touch the microwave or toaster, they didn't do the windows, I am actually unsure of what they did do in the time they spent on the downstairs? I would NEVER call this company again. I am in the process of contacting WTKR to make them aware of the quality of the "deal" that they sold so that they are not embarrassed of the quality of services they are promoting.
