Unfortunately, Dimestar has disappointed another customer. Jeff did work for us last year with irrigation and new well pumps (2). He winterized the pumps last year and I have called multiple times to have him come out and turn the pumps on. He keeps saying he will come out on a certain day and then never shows. It's unfortunate because the work he did was good. I even asked him straight up if he doesn't want my business that's ok and to just let me know. No hard feelings and I'll move on. The fact that he never returns my calls or tells me he can't do it is beyond frustrating. I would have liked to be a loyal customer so it's very disappointing.

This guy sucked. Refused to come out and remedy sprinkler heads that he installed over my property line on my neighbors property, even after he was given the plat land surveys. said he was coming out several times and never posted. When called he said he was busy. Finally he came out after i eluded to posting on my neighborhood Facebook page.

Have used Dimestar for several years and was pleased until the past couple seasons. Will make appointments to come out and does not show or call to reschedule, takes a call to them to find out they were tied up on other job and could not make it. Would reschedule and still just arrive when ever they decided to. Replaced well pump last fall and had to come back twice to try and fix as still had issues. Finally told them just do the winterization on the system as it was getting late in season and we would revisit pump issue during spring startup. Never showed to winterize, now have several bad sprinkler heads and has not returned calls. Just tried contacting again to at least get well pump issue corrected, depending on outcome on whether will continue to use their service.

They asked for plat map for measurements of property line. Installed my sprinklers off property line, Called to have them come out to move, and they didn't show on several scheduled days. At one point owner was laughing when I called to ask him where he was, after he failed to show again. I think he felt he was inconveniencing me by making appointment and not showing. He obviously was upset that I was asking him to correct issue. They finally came out, after I hinted of posting a bad review on community facebook page. What he didn't understand is I work from home and back up their work. However reputable companies keep their appointments. In addition, when they dug well, they pumped sand into my flower bed. Said they would remove and level off but never did. And now today, motor to pump not operating after 3 yrs.

Everything works. On time and quite professional

Jeff came out the day after I called, inspected the pump, found the problem and replaced the impeller assembly in about an hour minutes. He also inspected the system to make sure everything was working perfectly.

Upon the initial visit we wanted them to test the water for any abnormalities and they agreed. They came in and installed the well. A couple weeks after the water was running, we noticed the water was discoloring everything. Bricks, our white fence, our mailbox and our door were turning orange. We contacted them about this and they said they did not guarantee there would not be iron in the water. We referred them to our agreement to testing the water and they just kept repeating themselves and I got nowhere. Last year I sprayed everything with a cleaner and finally got the orange off but I have not used the sprinkler system since.
