That's why my A/C went bad. It was a brand new unit and he stole parts for it. It's not the parts you can just go in the store and said can I get this. No, you have to buy a new unit to get it. The guy said he was the property manager and I would only pay him a certain percentage. But instead he took the money, he paid me late, for renting out the property and he charged me $400.00 to fix the A/C unit but then he didn't fix it, he stole the parts and everything else in my home. H'es the owner of the company. He's supposed to be, was hired as my property manger and I left all my furniture and stuff. Because I'm military and you know when you switch from place to place you can't carry all the heavy furniture with you so I left it for my tenants because they're military as well and they didn't have any furniture. So I figured hey I'll leave it. As soon as they walked in they, they sent me pictures, everything was gone.
