My normal pool repairman was not Heyward authorized for warranty work on the AquaRite system. He recommended Wes. I originally called Wes and advised him of a problem with the system and he called me back right away. I ended up calling him back and telling him it appeared that the system was working again. Well, it was not. I called him again and he called back and told me he would be out on Saturday morning. He showed up when he said he would and replaced the main board. He checked the serial number of the system and advised me that it was still under warranty and that he would submit all the warranty paperwork. All I had to pay for was the service fee. The pool is working great now!

I would love to give a more through review of this company and was excited about using them because they have 2 good reviews and they are close to us but despite calling 3 or 4 times and leaving a message each time over the last 2 - 3 weeks we didn't receive a response so I can't give more information. If I can't even get them to return a phone call, how can I trust that they will provide prompt quality service? Too bad I was very enthusiastic about this company. I understand that this is a busy time for pool companies but you should be able to return a non-emergency phone call within 48 hours at most (week days of course.)

Arrived on time - performed the job well - sent us a bill - we are very happy with DelMar and recommend them

They are a very small company. I've been using them for several years. It has all been good so far. The cost varies depending on what I have them do. I use them when I need service and I take care of my own pool. I use them all the time because my pool is open year round. It is a heated pool with a 200,000 BTU heater.
