Excellent quality work.

We had three companies quote us on the "idea" we had in mind for a new deck and patio around the pool. Glen drew up a plan that was perfect and more than what we ever had in mind! While Decked Out was not the cheapest, it was by far the best quality and most detailed work than any of the others. Their price fell right in the middle of the three quotes, and stayed within our budget. On the days the weather cooperated, Glen and his team were here first thing in the morning, and didn't leave until around 6:00 pm every night! They worked extremely hard and built this deck and patio as if it was their own. We had one area that we wanted a little differently and they made the change without any questions! Glen and the three men that built the deck were beyond skilled, professional, polite, and enjoyed their job! They cleaned up and removed all of their tools nightly and started from scratch the next morning. We are extremely happy with the end result and the service we received. We would recommend Glen and his crew to anyone in the market for decking!! We can finally enjoy sitting out back admiring the beautiful deck they have built! Thank YOU Decked Out!!

After receiving three estimates I contracted with Glen Stagg, Decked Out to tear out an existing pressure treated wood deck and replace it with an ?Azek? cellular PVC deck. While Decked Out was not the lowest, their estimate in my opinion offered the best value in materials and workmanship. The work was started on the date as promised and completed over a couple of days on schedule. The two man crew that performed the work was highly skilled, showed up early each morning and worked steadily throughout both days. They were polite, courteous and cleaned up after each day. After the deck was completed there was a minor aesthetic detail that my wife and I wanted changed. Glenn had his crew come back and complete everything to our satisfaction at minimal expense to us. Overall we could not have been more pleased. The finished product looks great, both in material and craftsmanship.

I chose Decked Out Builders for this complete re-decking of my Williamsburg home based on examples of their work at the 2012 Norfolk Homearama and previous years where Gold awards have consistently been awarded. Mr. Glenn Stagg contacted me promptly after I filled out a form at the Homearama indicating interest. He quickly came to Williamsburg from Virginia Beach to prepare a detailed proposal which was the most precise of the three estimates I solicited. The cost was fair and reasonable. The work was begun on time and completed in slightly less than the expected three weeks. Mr. Stagg is obviously very experienced in this field of work and his design suggestions were most helpful and practical. Sometimes Mr. Stagg worked alongside his crew and was in frequent contact with both his workers and me. The construction crew came from Virginia Beach early each day the weather permitted and worked long hard days. They seemed unaffected by the cold and were always quiet and courteous. The constuction was performed in a meticulous manner with a daily clean up. There was no damage to the yard despite the many trips to the dumpster. My wife and I are most pleased with the new deck and highly recommend Glenn Stagg and Decked Out Builders for any work on porches and decks.

Were were very pleased with the work from Glenn and his crew. They were punctual, courteous, hard working and tidied up the area at the end of every day before they left. Glenn either worked along side his crew or came by to check on them every day. We encountered no problems with Decked Out and will certainly recommend them to anyone. We have a beautiful shaded deck now and one we can comfortably use. Glenn told us that he sold his large company in 2006, which was also called Decked Out. He now has a small company specializing in decks, screened porches and sunrooms.
