All I wanted was an external hardrive that consistently worked as scheduled. What I got was a software that was not disigned to work with this drive and according to Dean he had been trying to get the correct version for this drive. I started to communicate with Dean since Jan 2013 and related the issue regarding the seagate hard drive. He contacts me a month later. March and April we had personal challenges then Dean had issues as well. I Aug he asked me I had received the new software that he sent to me via email - now keep in mind he has had my email all this time and now uses the "did you not get my email routine". Well He finally send me the url to dnld the software and would attach instruction - never got the instruction. I dnld the the dashboard and am lost as to how to properly use it. as there are no instr nor indicators if it has worked at all according to the schedule backup I have setup. I can accept being treated like this by someone who by all rights is a stranger to me. But I, a retired Navy Chief, trusted another Navy chief. I do not recommend him at all. EVER!

With a vintage Dell desktop circa 2005 XP Home, was quite the PC in its day, but the years had taken it toll. I was told about Dean through a mutual friend. I believe in being loyal to retired military who have a go at their own business. I called and arranged for Dean to have a look to see how we could rejuvenate the box. He came up with ideas that just made sense. With the max memory, a good scrubbing, an external hard drive, a different browser, removing of some software and other modifications, the PC performance is outstanding to say the least. Thank you Dean.
