He was awesome. That's why I saved his number in my phone. It was a flat fee for him to come out and do everything. He said that the refrigerator would be more expensive to repair than to replace. So I went ahead and replaced it. He was willing to pick it up and bring it over and set it up and everything and he didn't charge extra. He is honest. He charged $75 flat fee and any parts or anything like that that he would need, he was willing to do wholesale. He took really, really good care of us. I would definitely recommend him and definitely use him again. He was there 5 min early, which I love. He stayed in touch with me and let me know that he was en route and all that. It was awesome, very responsive, open communication. He worked around my schedule, which isn't easy to do because I work at a college. I was actually able to get away, but my son was there and I told him, "My son does not know anything about this stuff, he just knows you're coming and to open the door." But he was very respectful, very kind and he did compliment my son on his manners and all that. So, it was really, really nice. He did recommend a very good plumber, who was very fair and all that.

My tenant notified me early New Years Eve morning that the refrigerator was not cooling. The refrigerator is an LG and I had a difficult time finding someone that services them and could come out that day on Angie's List. I found Dan The Man through an internet search and reluctantly called him. He told me that he can make it out later that afternoon, so I scheduled a time for him to come out. Daniel Taylor arrived on time and was very professional. He quickly diagnosed the refrigerator and determined that the relay was bad. Fortunately, he had the part and was able to change it out quickly. He repaired the refrigerator in less than an hour and the price was reasonable. Daniel is knowledgeable and is a technician and not just a parts changer. I'm glad I found him and will use him again.
