The appointment went smoothly, but within days after he left, I discovered a crack in the counter top where he had cut the sink to fit. Also, the counter top was installed over a nail extending from the cabinetry underneath causing a pierce. Plus, the counter end cap came off soon after installation. The dishwasher he hooked up after counter installation was wrong and water did not fully drain. Unfortunately, before all this was discovered, I used him again to install a new shower head, faucet and diverter in a bathroom. They leaked immediately after he left. It was a total waste of $318 for the counter top installation and $225 for the shower. I attempted to reach him by phone several times to afford him the opportunity to satisfy me, but each time his voice mail was full. I texted him several times to no avail. I believe this guy is changing names he's doing business under as his receipt has a different name then he is advertising on Angi.com. He has no contact info on his receipt, but his phone number matches this Angi post. Angi... Please remove this person's ad. Save others the frustrations I've experienced.
